Come relax in my quiet and stylish home

This home has lots of space .The street is very quiet .Home has been updated in many areas. The basement and backyard is currently locked and unavailable.

*i am crystal clear about guest-count requirements. Please do not invite more people over to my home than the guest count that you choose. Having visitors over is fine as long as they are not overnight guest that are not on the reservation and as long as the total amount of people does not go over 7 unless approved . NO birthday parties or Events.



* If the number of guests or the intent not fully disclosed you will be asked to leave with no refund, we will charge a $500 fee. By booking the grey escape you agree to this charge if you misrepresent your stay at the grey escape . Please review house rules thank you! UNAUTHORIZED OVERNIGHT GUEST will be asked to pay or leave
we do have security cameras we will know the number of people if you show up with more guest then on the listing you will be asked to leave .The home is not equipped for handicap use there are stairs to reach the front door. Plug in Air fresheners are used . I am constantly changing the linen, so the sheets and covers may not always be the same as the photo. Sometimes the linen gets damaged so be prepared to possibly see different covers/sheets on the beds

*This house is 100 years old. It's not perfect or new. Yes there has been some remodeling done but it is not a new home. I am constantly making updates to the home. It may creak when you walk or have small imperfections . The paint may be peeling or things may appear "old " in areas but rest assured our cleaning team spends a lot of time and elbow grease to make sure it's clean and safe for our guests. We don't want to risk losing the character and charm of the house. If this bothers you this may not be the right fit for you.

* There is a friendly neighborhood cat that may come on the porch, it is harmless but if you are scared of cats you may not want to book this space.

10minutes away from downtown Detroit.
10-13 minutes from all the casinos (Greek town casino,mgm casino, and motor city casino).
about 20 minutes away from the Detroit metro airport
5 minutes from Dearborn

The Home has Central Air Please keep doors closed (Please do not leave both doors WIDE open while on porch or taking things to and from car it also helps keep flies from just flying right on in :-) )
PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE BED you will be charged for burn holes on comforter or sheets thank you!
DO NOT PUT BABY WIPES,PAPER TOWELS or FEMININE PRODUCTS IN THE TOILET,ONLY TOILET TISSUE IS ALLOWED IN THE TOILET!This will be checked after every stay and you will be CHARGED A MINIMUM of $500 for any issues/backups that you cause.

Quiet Hours Weekend- 10 p.m. to 10 a.m.
Quiet Hours Weekday 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
No overnight guest that are not on the listing. No parties.
I live near the property and the premises are monitored.There are also security cameras all around.
Any Damage to the home will be automatically fined minimum 500+fee Please take care of my space as it is yours! Lost Key Fee $100

You agree to the following
Do not turn off/unplug power strip located in Living Room.
Do not unplug or bother any of the security cameras or devices in the home (cameras are outside only)
Leave outside out please remove dirty shoes!
Replace linen/Charge if you make a mistake and have burn marks on linen to avoid that do not smoke in the bed.
i. No damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. No dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
iii.any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest's stay you are responsible for.
The unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
8. Only use appliances for their intended uses
9. Pets are NOT allowed
10. Check out time is 11 a.m. Unauthorized late check out will incur a $50 fee anything over an hour can incur another night fee and if the next guest stay needs to be canceled you the current guest could incur the next guest charges.

NO UNATHORIZED GUEST if property exceeds more guest staying overnight not on original listing at owner’s discretion party may be asked to vacate the property without refund of remaining stay

Please be aware There are security bars on the windows in the downstairs bedrooms and dining room .
If you are BRAND NEW, JUST JOINED/NO REVIEWS we require that you provide identification information/COPY OF ID AND SIGN SHORT TERM RENTAL FORM ON ARRIVAL.
Bring identification ,we can request this at checkin from any guest
be prepared to sign a short term rental contract if requested /any guest
