The space

Newly remodeled single family home 1 mile east of downtown Austin.
ONE MILE from RAINEY ST, DOWNTOWN AUSTIN & 6TH STREET.
The cross streets are Chicon & Garden St on map.
Each bedroom has it's own dedicated full bathroom.

3 blocks from a bus stop or 5 blocks from the Capital MetroRail commuter rail...both of which will get you downtown in minutes.
8 blocks from the east 6th st. and the east side bars/restaurants

The home has a very bright and spacious open floor plan with tons of great upgrades.

Situated on a quiet, safe, and friendly street with easy access to all that Austin has to offer.
The house is 6.7 miles from the airport. It's 10 minutes by car. Downtown Austin is one mile from the house. I'll go over the options for getting to the house from the airport. You could get a taxi or you can also opt for the bus. There's a bus that's called the airport flyer that takes you straight downtown from the airport. Very few if any stops in-between so it's fairly quick. Once you're downtown you'll be about one mile from the house so you could take a taxi from there or transfer to another bus which would take you to a bus stop a few blocks from the house. There's also the commuter rail that stops at the convention center downtown and then the next stop is at a location about 5 blocks from the house. Easy to walk to the house from that stop.

Other things to note
The house is perfect for anything near central Austin. It is NOT a party house. It is only to be used as a place to sleep, eat, and re-group. Noise complaints due to loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated...
