Shawn & Alan's 3 Br. home in Sedona

This is a slightly older home with large rooms. Attractive, sparkling clean, tastefully decorated with original art, and good landscaping. Perhaps best of all -- everything works. It is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood close to amenities in the Village of Oak Creek and near the popular hiking and mountain biking trails. Check out the Colt Grill for excellent BBQ, plus good Chinese and Thai restaurants. Only 3 minutes from an excellent supermarket with a full selection of wine and spirits. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, too. We'd rent there again in a heartbeat.

Old school but comfortable

Nice older house in a quiet neighborhood. Needs updating but everything works. Soaking bathtub is good. The carpets are stained and gross and it would be better if they were replaced with a hard surface and area rugs. The pictures make it look like the yard is fully fenced but it isn’t, which was a bummer. Also I think It has a septic system- it smelled bad at times in the yard. Vacasa was quick to send someone when the garbage disposal wouldn’t work when we got there. Comfy furniture in the living room, mattresses could be better and would have liked a king bed. We were glad to find this place last minute, and had a great stay for a month. Oak Creek has really been built up and has a lot of restaurants now, all very convenient and in walking distance.
