Step in to one of St John`s, Newest luxury condos. Located in the heart of St John. Minutes from the night life, world class restaurants , and the beaches of Cruz Bay you will find yourself at the center of all that Cruz Bay has to offer. Once inside you will be greeted by the luxury that is Dolphin Suites, ranging from the spacious queen Temperpedic bed, rain fall shower to the high end kitchen. Let us take the stress out of planning contact our team to assist with all your vacation needs!

Dedicated parking for your stay! 3 minute walk to the heart of Cruz Bay!
We don`t have to many house rules but need to mention just a couple.
1. Please be attentive when sitting on the white furniture, Your feet can be very dirty from the beach or walking through town. please pay attention to small children on the furniture as well.
2. Parking is first come first serve and usually spots open up in a few minutes, please be patient.
3. There are 2 and a half flights of steps to access the units. We have an elevator in our plans but currently it only steps

Really amazing stay here. These are newer or well-updated units. The space is comfortable, and extremely walkable as it was centrally located to everything in Cruz Bay (ferry, taxis, bars, grocery, etc.). It even had a small but pretty awesome ocean view! This space is perfect for 2 people. You can fit up to 4 but it would be a tight squeeze. Only note - the units are at the top of 2.5 flights of stairs so keep that in might if you are accessibility-conscious. We had everything we needed while here. Would recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again.

Perfect getaway in heart of town

We had an amazing time staying here! So close to the ferry, several restaurants, shopping, the national park visitor center, and a grocery store just steps away. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent. We had some questions when we first arrived and the host was extremely helpful. Note: Just a FYI, you must climb 2 1/2 flights of stairs to get to the apt. We are in our 70’s and that was difficult with large luggage. We also had to walk about 2 to 3 blocks with luggage up a slight hill to get to the property.

Room was a little difficult to find based on the address and google maps but owner was super communicative and we found it after some confusion. Very close to many local bars and dining options. Beautiful suite. Will definitely return.

Weekend in St. John

We stayed here for a quick weekend in St. John. Great central location and clean, new apartment. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Great washing machine and closet space. A little confusing to find location by foot, but found by asking as we walked around. Loud at night as it's centrally located, but we could close bedroom door and dampened the noise to sleep well. Definitely would stay here again.

Thank you for the review! I appreciate the note about the door seal but I wish I could have fixed it while you were here. But you never mentioned it. Our location is indicated on the VRBO map and we recommend reviewing the map before traveling here. We do not use street addresses here in the USVI yet so it can be a little confusing. We are also on google maps. See you next time!

Great central location

The Dolphin Suites were conveniently located. We loved having parking in front of the condos. The unit was clean and very nice. The bathroom was clean and the walk in tile shower was perfect. The bed was comfortable but loud when getting into and out of.

Location, location, location!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our 30th anniversary trip. We were able to walk down the hill to eat breakfast, grab a taxi to go to the beaches, and eat dinner. Our local friends were surprised when we told them the unit comes with a full size kitchen. Go light on the packing because this unit has a great washer and dryer. I would strongly suggest renting this unit for the convenience to bars and restaurants but also the market next door.

Communication is the key

Even the taxi drivers had no clue where the address was…If you’re not going to pick me up…at least give me a map or phone number Response time via email was extremely poor I literally slept on the beach…and used Google maps to find the location the next morning

Planning is the other key. Our exact location is listed in the VRBO app and on Google maps. We always recommend coming directly to the property ( 5 minutes walk from the ferry) before heading out for dinner and drinks. Emails and calls made at 11:45 pm were returned the next morning. Hope to see you again the next time!

First stay, won't be the last.

Location is perfect for a first time visitor, as we could walk to multiple restaurants and shops. We did rent a car from the people who own the rooms. That was super easy, they even hand delivered the keys to our room. Drop off and pick up was in the parking area for the rooms. The only beach in walking distance from the room is Honeymoon Beach, and I highly recommend checking it out. You will need a car, or depend on taxi to get to most of the other beaches. Room was clean, well organized, and had everything you would need. The full size washer and dryer was awesome, and it kept us from having to pack a lot. It was a wonderful place to stay, a excellent location, and everything about the booking was simple and easy. This is not a knock, just a heads up, the view of the bay is pretty wonderful, but that does mean you need to be prepared for two flights of stairs as this is on the 3rd floor. It was not a issue for us, or any of our neighbors, but if you are mobility challenged, it could be a big deal.
