Nuestro apartamento 1er piso recientemente renovado es ideal para una pequeña familia! La gran sala es un espacio cómodo con un montón de asientos. La cocina está equipada con todas las comodidades para cocinar cualquier comida. Cada habitación tiene su propia unidad de A / C y una cama de matrimonio. En el exterior hay un columpio para los niños para jugar.
Hay 2 playas rocosas a poca distancia. Cruz Bay está a sólo 3 minutos en coche

Best on the island

Incredibly well-equipped and immaculately clean. Having filtered tap water and laundry is great, too. Lots of beach stuff available.

Our stay was wonderful with no issues at all. The apartment was just as listed with some extra amenities which included beach chairs, snorkeling gear, kids beach toys, etc… thanks so much for the great time. The added touch of the flowers in the towels, paper towels and toilet paper were nice.

Fantastic St. John vacation

This was a great place for us to stay with our toddler. The home is so warm and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. Great communication and care that we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for having us!!

Place was a amazing, quite and had everything you would need! Not far from Cruz bay where everything is located. Also has a washer and dryer which was great. Great place to stay I would highly recommend it. Also the owners are wonderful people, A+

Great Rental!

The VRBO unit was very clean and nicely kept. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking meals. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The unit is located close to Cruz Bay. It was a great place to stay.

Brian and Jessie are perfect hosts!! The property was located close to town, the car ferry, and a short drive to the beaches. Great accommodations including use of their washing machine and dryer. We will be back!

Private, cozy apartment

We could not be happier with our stay. We were there for 2 weeks, perfect location, house is set back from the road and is very private. Cute little laundry room next to the house. A porch with beautiful flowers out front that humming birds love to visit. There is no pool which bummed out my husband but it became a non-issue for sure!! We will be back

Perfect for families

The listing was just as described, but if I’m being honest it was even better in person. It was so clean! The location is perfect, a few minutes outside of Cruz Bay makes easy access to the ferry, dining, and shopping. Jessica and family were extremely kind and accomodating. We will definitely be back

Wonderful Stay!!

We loved our home away from home in St John! Jessie was amazing to work with. We arrived in St Thomas and planned two nights there, when we had an issue with our hotel I reached out to Jessie and asked if we could come a day earlier. She responded within 5 minutes and said YES! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beach towels, chairs, and toys were great. The location was perfect, close enough to town but out of the hustle and bustle. We would stay there again and look forward to our next trip! Thank you for opening your home to us and being wonderful hosts!

Chocolate hole is full of tropical awesomeness

We loved the chocolate hole experience! Private quite comfortable and the perfect place to relax after a beautiful day snorkeling at the beach or swimming with sharks!! Most beaches are easily accessible within 15 minutes. The owners gave us a lot of helpful pre-plan tips ahead of time for a stress free relaxing vacation! Would definitely stay again! & it’s Teaming with wildlife. It’s not everywhere can look outside the window and see white tailed deer, chickens, iguanas!

Spacious, Chock full of amenities, Welcoming

Vacationing with children, this is your home away from home. Conveniently located for our wants and needs. Full kitchen which was great for breakfasts and preparing lunches, close to supermarket. Washing machine allows you to travel with less clothing. The games, TV, and books kept us all occupied while we went through our days. Will recommend to others. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

Great stay for a small family!

Spent a wonderful week here with my husband and 2 small children (3 and 7). We really enjoyed the house and everything that we needed was provided. We were extra grateful for the black out curtains in the bedrooms especially having kids. Jessica was an excellent host, and at one point we locked ourselves out and she was so gracious to come and unlock the door for us. Overall the stay was wonderful. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the patio and running after the chickens and cats on the property. Again, thank you for a wonderful stay, and thank you for opening up your home to us! Wonderful stay!

We loved our time here. Jessie was so kind, and they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in St. John. There is a full size kitchen with everything you need. Our daughter loved to play on the play set outside. There was an assortment of sunscreen available to use while we were there. The place is very conveniently located near town. We still enjoyed renting a Jeep to explore the island because there was so much to see. We really enjoyed the tacos and overall experience at Lime Out. You can rent kayaks at Hansen Bay to paddle out to the floating restaurant. Our daughter loved snorkeling, and we were all very happy to see the island rebounding after the recent hurricanes. There is a great sense of community here. Overall, highly recommended!

Just perfect

Was just perfect for our needs. Felt comfortable and homey. Very clean. Perfect, convenient location to stores and Cruz bay area. I was wondering how it would be to have a family right above us, but honestly, you could barely tell they were there at all - unless you need help with something, then very responsive. I'll probably never get to go back to St. John, but if I did I'd totally stay there again.

Better than I could have imagined

This was the first time that I rented from VRBO and I was extremely happy that I chose this property. It was better than I could have imagined. Our host, Jesse, was very friendly and greeted us when we arrived. We had everything we needed to make our vacation very comfortable. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room. The property was in a great location less than 10 minutes from Cruz Bay. I would highly recommend this property, and hope to stay here again.
