☀ A kayak trailer is available and free to use at the vehicle owner’s responsibility and insurance coverage. Towing vehicles must have a hitch receiver—the trailer requires a 1½-inch hitch, though the ball hitch can be reversed to accommodate both 2-inch and 1½-inch connections. Truck beds or kayak racks can also be used for transport, but are not provided.

☀ No smoking inside the house, patio, or pool area.

☀ No parking on the grass or on the street.
☀ No need to do anything once you check-out.
☀ A fee of $100 will be incurred for late check-outs beyond 11 am without prior authorization
