Este condominio frente al golfo directo bellamente remodelado tiene un interior completamente nuevo que incluye una cocina con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, escritorio para computadora y mucho espacio de almacenamiento. Las características incluyen molduras de techo, tratamientos de ventanas, ventiladores de techo, lavadora y secadora, tres televisores de pantalla plana y un estéreo. Hotel de alta calidad a internet de alta velocidad recién instalado.

En la suite principal hay un nuevo techo de bandeja con luces de lectura sobre la nueva cama king. Tiene vistas directas al golfo y acceso a la terraza desde la suite principal. El nuevo baño principal tiene encimeras de granito y baldosas de travertino. Hay un área de baño separada con una ducha de pie larga que incluye un cabezal de lluvia estacionario y una vara de ducha que también es accesible para el banco de ancho completo en la ducha.

El dormitorio de invitados incluye una nueva cama queen y dos camas individuales y un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño de visitas remodelado incluye un nuevo gabinete con una encimera de granito y una nueva puerta de ducha para la bañera / ducha de mármol.

Nuestro nuevo condominio de vacaciones en la playa totalmente amueblado se alquila semanalmente (de sábado a sábado) y tiene capacidad para 5 personas con una cama King en la suite principal, una reina y una doble en la suite de invitados y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar.

TV por cable con pantalla plana vía satélite en la sala de estar y en las dos habitaciones.

Where should I start?! Al (our host) was fabulous from the get go. He was responsive and focused on making sure our stay was perfect. And it was.This place is a gem and a little piece of paradise for a week. the VIEW!! So close to the shore we could taste the salt air. An easy walk to the beach and had everything we needed. The unit was roomy, with more than enough space for the 4. The main bedroom had a beautiful view. Enjoyed the sunrise sky and evening storms from bed. The balcony was ideal for afternoon cocktails and morning coffee. The kitchen was very well stocked. The decor was elegant yet beachy, think Tommy Bahama meets Bermuda. The location was ideal, easy to get to all the island eats. The grounds were lovely. Almost fully recovered. The team is doing a fantastic job brining this gem back and better than ever.I’ve been vacationing in Sanibel for over 30 years and lost our timeshare to Hurricane Ian 3 years ago. It brought me joy to come back and spend my time here in Ponte Santo. Will definitely be back.I almost don’t want to share since I’d like to keep this place my own little secret.

Would Stay Again!

This renovated condo was such a great place to stay. The Check-in process was a breeze, and communication from Al was quick and efficient. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was beautiful, clean, and updated, and had everything we could’ve needed, right down to pool/beach toys and towels, and even a phone charger. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and I don’t think we could’ve been closer to the beach and pool. The unit is close to the elevator, which was nice since we had difficulty with the stairs. The unit is stocked with TP, soap, paper towels, and cleaning supplies, which means we could’ve come directly to the unit before stopping at the store. They are continuing renovations by the pool, but it didn’t bother us. There are several spray stations to rinse the sand off of yourself and your stuff before heading up for the day. Oh, and the sunsets were out of this world!

Relaxing Paradise

The property was well maintained, clean and updated. Everything was there that you would need such as toiletries, kitchen items, beach chairs and umbrella. Our family enjoyed putting together one of the puzzles that were available. Beach was calm and beautiful blue green water. Shells, so many shells!!! We loved collecting all kinds of shells. Mudbugs and Doc Fords were our favorite restaurants. We saw manatees, dolphins practically swimming with us, all kinds of birds, iguanas, etc. My husband and daughter chartered a boat for fishing one day and had a great time. We visited the lighthouse and wildlife refugees. Highly recommend this unit. You won’t be disappointed!

What a view

I have to say property owner did a fantastic job updating unit E36View is excellent sea turtles were laying eggs daily. Pool up and running. Great location for restaurants and shopping near by.Construction was not an issue with this unit at all. Will definitely stay again.

Condo was attractive, tastefully appointed, easy to manage. Great view of beach and ocean from the lanai. Excellent location. Owner was very responsive to elevator suddenly not working, which required using stairs to and from 3rd floor!

Tremendous experience

Everything regarding our recent stay in Albert's home was amazing. He is an exceptional host; great communication and friendly, informative conversations. The property managers, Jim and Charlotte, were prompt and helpful when responding to any questions we had, meeting our needs, and providing helpful tips for an enjoyable time on the island. The unit has been newly remodeled with beautiful decor, comfortable furnishings and plentiful amenities. The view can't be beat. We look forward to staying in this wonderful unit again.

Property was lovely and the owner was very accommodating. The only negative was the sand fleas. We got eaten alive. If we had just been advised ahead of time, so we could have been prepared, the trip would have been more enjoyable.

Nothing but good things about our stay at this Sanibel condo. The only thing you need to bring are your belongings and groceries. Honestly! Kitchen is fully stocked. There are even coolers, beach chairs, umbrella. Shovel for umbrella too, boogie boards, beach towels. Thanks for everything Al.

Perfection in Sanibel!

We just concluded our week in this gorgeous condo and could not have asked for a better experience. The condo itself is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and has everything you could possibly need (and then some) for a perfect beach vacation-towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers...we wanted for nothing. Everything about this place screams relaxation, from the comfy bed, to the fabulous view and proximity to the beach. It is literally a stone's throw from the condo itself. The real star is the screened porch, which invites post-beach naps and stargazing. We absolutely loved that you can hear the waves from the porch and the bedroom, even with the sliding doors closed. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Finally, we can't say enough good things about the owner, who was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. We never had to contact the property manager because everything was perfect, but we met him on our way out and it provided great peace of mind to know that he was nearby if we had any problems. We look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Perfect

The location was amazing (right on the ocean!) and the property was just as wonderful. Super clean and comfortable...and with it just being steps away from the beach and pool we were easily able to come up for breaks, snacks, etc. The kids program was perfect for my 5 and 7-year-olds, too (so many fun crafts!). Overall just a really wonderful trip with my family—would LOVE to come back soon!

Slice of heaven.

Everything was absolutely the way I would have my own beach condo set up. From the amazing sheets & towels to the Tommy Bahama beach chairs & umbrella and fast Keurig coffee maker. Access to the beach was perfect for my elderly father. I really can’t say enough about how much my family enjoyed our time here. Already looking at booking for next year.

Perfect location, and beautiful property

Do not hesitate to stay at this property. Everything you’ll need is provided. We brought a bunch of extras and honestly didn’t really need to. Al (owner) and Jim & Charlotte (Property managers) where quick to tell us about outages and resolve anything we needed. This was our first trip to Sanibel and wife loved it so much she’s already talking about how we can retire there. Thanks again to all for a great stay.

Just steps from the beach, with an unobstructed view of the water.

Sanibel is a magical place, and the condo was beautiful. This was the most well-stocked condo in which we've ever stayed. Not only was the kitchen amazing, but there were plenty of beach items as well. Communication with Al was easy.

Fantastic week on Sanibel!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean. The view from the lanai was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools we could possibly need. The property had a nice pool and was very pretty and well kept. I would definitely recommend this condo to other adults or a small family!!

We fell in love with its unspoiled beauty--miles of sand beach with Sanibel's fabulous shells and birds plus the thrill of seeing Dolphins close to the shore. The sounds you hear from the lanai are the waves meeting the shoreline. Very relaxing.
