This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $1000 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines.
Events or parties are not allowed. Any parties or events will be shut down and you will be removed from the home. A fine will be assessed by Walton County code compliance.
There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Very easy walk to the beach. Home clean, mattresses wonderful, great walk-in shower.Lovely home with very responsive owners. House is on a dead end street which is nice and our pup loved the fenced in backyard and the screened in front porch. We did too!

We stayed for 4 nights over Easter. The house was perfect for us and our 2 teenage daughters. I especially liked the fenced in yard for our 20lb dog. It was secure with nowhere he could escape. We hired bikes which made getting about very convenient.

Amazing get away!
We had a great time. This location was so close to the beach but still off of the beaten path. We enjoyed being able to take our dog and walk him peacefully. The fenced in front and backyard was amazing. Perfect location and we will definitely be back!

Feels like home!
Comfortable and inviting. Perfect for a family. Front and and back yards are beautiful. Bedrooms are roomy and hot water never ran out for our family of eight after beach days. Had everything we needed and host was a pleasure to work with.

We all loved the house, the location was great it was like 15 minutes walking to Gulfview beach and 4 minutes driving. The service was amazing the owner and concierge were amazing and it was so easy getting in contact with them and they were quick to reply. We are planning our next visit already! That’s how much we loved it. :)
