Great stay

Awesome home. No complaints with it. Location was quiet and a close walk to the beach and only a 20 minute drive to Destin area.

This was our second year to stay in this house. It is a great size for our family and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Home away from home!

Beautiful 3 story townhome big enough for 8 people or more. Close to beach and restaurants. Close to Pecan Jacks which is always a must!!

We had the best time! The house was great, very clean, and we enjoyed the pool being so close. It was only a five minute walk to the beach. I would book this house again.

Clean and Fantastic Property

I was impressed with how clean and organized the property was. Everything that you needed was there. The beach wagon and chairs they provided was very useful. The property was a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Would Go Back Hands Down

This place is easy to get to, spacious and most of all CLEAN! I am a total clean freak and this place was awesome. There was plenty of space and the rooms were wonderful for the amount of guests in our party. There was a wagon provided that made taking our beach accessories easier and not a far walk to the public beach maybe about 10 minutes. Definitely would recommend this property and would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful!

Great location, great space, nice extras (chairs, umbrellas, cooler and wagon for beach!), and space for a group of 9 that included 3 kids under 12! The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all either, and having a pool in the complex for the kids worked out nicely too. Parking is very tight though in the neighborhood and the condo's actual driveway, if you have more than one car. And it's especially tight for 2 extended cab pickup trucks. Overall, wonderful stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

AWESOME LOCATION to Oyster Lake, Dune Allen Beach, and Pool

Our family of 4, enjoyed our stay so very much! We rented kayaks and SUPs for the lake access to the beach! We enjoyed the community pool very much! We also rented a MOKE for riding around the Dune Allen Beach area! Would have played golf @Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club. but it was under renovation during our week long stay. We, instead, utilized other local, nearby courses.

Great space for our family

The location of the property was very convenient to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants in the area. The home was clean and spacious enough for our family of nine. Our only issue was the dryer was not working when we arrived, which we were notified of the day before. It took a couple of days to get it fixed but we were offered laundry service.

The Gulf Pearl, Dune Breeze 45A, was a Gem!

Our family trip to Santa Rosa Beach was great! This property slept our 6 family members perfectly! The beds are very comfortable and each bedroom has a TV and an ensuite bathroom! The house is spacious and furnished well. Everything felt new and fresh! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our week! It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach in a few minutes. There was even a beach cart and a few chairs to use while we were there! While at the house we enjoyed the decks and comfy chairs and could enjoy views of Oyster Lake. There is a small community pool that we enjoyed as well. We would highly recommend this property and hope to rent it again in the future!

Nice Place to be

The house was the perfect size for our group. With two pull out couches we could have had even more. The location is great, within walking distance to the beach. The only thing missing was a golf cart which you can rent from a local company if you choose. I'd recommend this location.
