Wonderful house. The host was quick to respond and made sure we had all that we needed. Only thing we were surprised at is that two bathrooms had no doors.

The island stay

Overall a nice home with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Everyone had their own space. The host was very accommodating with early and late check in and out times.

The place was wonderful, clean and organized. The only thing would be that we needed a blender.

Our only challenge was cooking for 13 people with small pans. Other than that, well stocked. It was amazingly beautiful and the host was very attentive. Will be back again in the summer.

Peaceful

Beautiful quiet location. Big house plenty of room for the 14 people we had. Host was extremely accommodating and prompt answering any comications we had. Would recommend.

Deer Run Reunion

This house was perfect for our family get together. We had lots of room for being together and lots of room for privacy too.the kitchen was well organized and well supplied. Bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the back deck and the seating on the front porch. It was nice to have the garage of loading and unloading. We used the grill twice. The house is convenient to the executive golf course and the marina and just a short drive to the country club course. We loved how quiet and peaceful the property is. We hope to book again in the future.

Amazing Getaway for large group

We had 27 travel to Arkansas as our annual spring break trip!! 5 families vacation together, it’s a blast!! This Holiday Island home was perfect!! It fit all of us comfortably, the kitchen is fully stocked, the fridge is big enough to have groceries and ice!! There is a little mud room where we were able to keep drinks!! The kids loved waking up and having deer in the backyard and seeing several while walking!! The little Farmhouse cafe in town is delicious and the men went to the golf course and had the best time! 10/10 would recommend and stay again!!

2023-4 New Year's family gathering

Overall, it was a great stay. Cold time of year limited FULL enjoyment. I misunderstood the "pleasure to welcome you to the Lake House" as the owner wanting to meet us upon arrival. As our "closest guests arriving to the property" were notified as such, skipping a stop to arrive at 4pm. The property owner later clarified that the owner ONLY MEETS GUESTS at the property if there is an issue. The remaining guests arrived a couple hours later, and brought pizza for a "quick cook" supper. We had to "semi-clean the oven" as last use had cooked over, and during preheat the oven began smoking. It is a beautiful setting and very accommodating for a large group. The huge outdoor sitting areas watching wildlife is wonderful for warmer temperatures. If you have mobility issues, there are two stairs to get on the porch. There are sleep accomodations for 3 comfortable on the main level. There are 14 stairs down to the other rooms and laundry. We used the wood stoves to assist the heater in making the lower level more comfortable.

Awesome Lake House

Our stay at the lake house was excellent. The location is nice and quiet, and very close to Eurekasprings! Everyone had great experiences and would definitely return for another visit.

Family weeekend

The house was great! Large enough for 8 adults and 3 children to have there own space. Owner was quick to respond and answered all our questions. Nice quiet area, with plenty of things to do within a short drive.
