A calm, stylish space nestled in the woods on the West side of Eureka Springs. This suite is located in an historic lodge and features 2 levels. A King bed, half bath, and sunroom on the second floor also features a bonus fold out twin bed. Spacious living and dining room on the lower level open out to a semi-covered deck with exclusive hot tub and a grill. Inside, smart TVs, comfortable seating, and designated workspace make this beautiful space functional.
Registered guests only: All overnight guests must be registered at booking. No unregistered overnight visitors are allowed.
Maximum occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum number of guests reserved for the property.
Additional guests & fees: Any additional overnight guest must be approved in advance and may incur an extra fee.
Short-term visitors: Day visitors are allowed with prior notice but must follow house rules and vacate by 10:00 PM unless approved. Minors: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Parking: Only the designated number of vehicles may park on the property; additional vehicles/trailers must be prearranged and may incur additional fees/ unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
Noise & conduct: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. All guests must respect neighbors and follow local ordinances.
Safety & liability: Guests are responsible for the safety of their visitors. The host is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by guests or their visitors.
Property care: Guests and their visitors must treat the property with care; damages or excessive cleaning required after guests will be charged.
Pets: Pets are NOT allowed allowed in this unit. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property, additional charges.
