Your hosting team is Kelly, the owner and Lauren, her bestie!

We feel we can provide better service by personally managing our three condos than any local property management company can.

Kelly is a digital nomad and spends most of her time outside of South Carolina and sometimes different time zones.

Most of your interactions are going to be with Lauren. As she lives very close and handles all the cleanings herself.

Lauren gives that special touch to make sure that our condo is just PERFECT for your arrival. In the event that you may need something, she can usually stop by within an hour or two except during the following times.

Lauren works part time at a local restaurant during the following hours:

Wednesday- 3pm-11pm
Friday- 3pm-11pm
Saturday-3pm-11pm

Kelly will be responding to your messages if you send a messaging during those hours. So if there's an emergency and you need a plumber, electrician, or a locksmith she will dispatch one for you.

If you need a cleaning item addressed, or if there is a need for additional linens/kitchen items, please know Lauren will be available in person outside of those hours to greet you and meet your needs.
