The space

It comes with an electric start 20hp outboard, bimini top, boarding ladder and seating for 4.
Guest access
You've got the whole house including a very large laundry room with washer, dryer, laundry sink and folding table. The garage and fenced areas are part of my maintenance shop and are not included. I will need access, so if you leave me 6-8ft in front of the garage door on the west lane, you probably won't need to move a vehicle.
