Aqua Cove exceeded our expectations. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Pool wagon and plentiful beach chairs available for use. The private pool was a wonderful oasis. Manatees visited almost daily off the back dock. Will definitely be visiting again!

We came from Germany and stayed here for 5 nights – and we absolutely loved it.This is a truly beautiful house right on the dock. And the most magical part: when we arrived, a manatee showed up right there. That moment alone was unforgettable.Anna Maria Island itself is stunning.Yes, the pool is not huge – but our kids absolutely loved it. It felt so cozy, especially with the umbrella area to sit outside and relax. I also really appreciated the safety gate for our toddler. It made such a difference to be able to fully relax and know she could not just wander out.The bedrooms were beautiful and the whole home felt like a warm, cozy, very typical American home. We would definitely come back again.It was also very nice that we were allowed to check in one hour early because we had groceries with us. The house offered everything we needed – for the beach and in the kitchen there was truly everything you need.The bathrooms were spacious and great.We felt extremely comfortable and would have loved to stay longer if we didn’t have to go back home.Thank you so much to the whole team – it was really wonderful.

Great house in a great neighborhood, pool was too cold to use in april

The house is spacious and beautiful. Great location. Close to beach and the main part of AMI. Nice size rooms and bathrooms. Comfy living room and nice outdoor porch upstairs. The pool was too cold to use in April. We did not swim once and had really wanted to as the outdoor area is beautiful. Was disappointed that management did not fix the issue when I asked.

The house and location were beautiful. We had good communication with the property managers who were quick to respond with questions. I would give 5 stars but there were a few things that hold me back. The pool had a full filter replacement which we did not know about that took half a day with patio dig up and there was sharp plastic debris in the pool which one of our party cut his foot on. There was also a bit of grout in the pool after the work was done that we cleaned up as much as we could. Other small issues popped up but were quickly addressed by the management company. I would definitely rent this house again and we really appreciated our time there

Accurate pictures but not clean

The house itself is structurally beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and upkeep left a lot to be desired. It seemed like only the bare minimum was done before our arrival — the counters were wiped down and the sheets were changed, but beyond that, the floors and kitchen weren’t very clean.The house was also very understocked. There wasn’t even salt or pepper, which is pretty standard in most rentals. More concerning was the complete lack of basic cleaning supplies — not even a cleaning spray or a wipe. We were traveling with a 2-year-old, and as any parent knows, messes are inevitable. Not being able to properly clean up after our child was frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable.To add to that, we found a dead cockroach in the pool room — a clear sign that the place hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Lastly, the hot tub was barely functioning, which was disappointing given it was a feature we were looking forward to using.With a deeper clean and some basic stocking, this place could be a great stay. But as it stands, it didn’t meet our expectations

Top Notch AMI Experience!

We had high hopes from the onset after viewing pics online. Pics are always better but they weren't far from the truth. We stayed w/ our family of four but really could have had another family of 4-6 join us. House is huge and well-located to get access to Pine Street (where most of the few restaurants / stores are) and beaches were a few blocks away which you could walk and tow a wagon / chairs (provided) or drive a golf cart (which we rented for a week). The weather was a bit cool to use the pool and spa (heated somewhat) but it was an amazing set up. Manatees were at our dock which we supplemented w/ kayaks for the week to paddle alongside both dolphins and manatees. Also, dock enabled us to rent a boat and really explore for a few days. We wanted to 'rent' a luxury AMI lifestyle and feel we lived it to the fullest at this amazing property. Also, beach towels were provided which isn't a given these days but is super annoying when not included. Our kids were blown away at the elevator and rec spaces but I loved the convenience of not hauling our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We will stay here again.

Overall,, we had a great time. Two pieces of feedback were the overall cleanliness of the home. Crumbs, dead bugs, spaces looked they had been overlooked for some time. We waited for code all day, knowing checkin was at 4. No email, no nothing. Finally at 4:30 we saw someone at the home and they let us in. Called office and they gave us code, which was incorrect. We checked in on Sat. Waited u til Monday to call on dead bugs, cleanliness and patio alarm door going off. Office opened at 9am. Never a return call. Called again, left message. Finally at 3:30 a repair man came to fix ceiling fan that was broke, alarm on door and vent cover which was laying down on floor in third floor. He was good. We ended up buying a battery for fan. Nothing was ever done to address cleanliness.

House was clean,beds were comfy,could have used a few more towels and washcloths…check-in was a nite mare.. never got the email code for the key lock box,then the lock box was broken.The company that took care of this property was awesome,Armando was there in just minutes too help!!. The pool and hot tub was awesome(it just needs mayby a laminated sheet of instructions over the pool box outside) We would definitely go back here to stay!!

Fall Break Anna Maria

Property was great and communication was great. The house had a lot more than what we thought it would have (chairs, cooler, games). We did not like the new ringing system that goes off every time you open a door by the pool. However, I know this is a new law. Also, I left some clothes in the master bedroom dresser drawer and contacted AMI property as soon as I got home. I knew exactly where I left them and was told that they weren't there. So someone either didn't check or cleaning crew would have taken them.

Beautiful Amenities and Location

Overall, this home was wonderful! We stayed with our adult children and their wives/fiances. We chose the house for it's size, location, and amenities as we trailered our boat from PA and wanted dockage along with short walk to beach. We got all that and more! The outside area is resort-like and we used the pool much more than we expected. We were disappointed with the overall upkeep of the home inside. It has some wear and tear that was unexpected for the cost of the rental. When you rent this type of home, as we always do, you expect more attention to details. The mattresses and pillows were budget quality, along with the sheets. The upstairs bunk room beds were broken and maintenance had to come fix the bunkie boards as the slats were all broken and the girls (in their 20's) had to sleep on the floor the first night. Unacceptable in our opinion. The property manager and maintenance quickly handled the issue, but the girls said that sleeping in that room felt like camp. Again, very disappointed. Do not rent this property if there are more than 4 adults as the 6 beds upstairs are not meant for adults. Additionally, the kitchen was a disaster. Very well stocked with pots and pans/dinnerware, glassware but the drawers, pantry, cupboard, and some glasses were filthy and completed disorganized. I had to rearrange and clean in order to put food away. The dishwasher also had something wrong with it. It was so loud when it was running that we couldn't run it unless we were gone or sleeping. The fridge had broken drawers, as well. Lastly, the washing machine was filled with old water and mold in the dispenser and rubber gasket. Not the quality of amenities we expect with this type of rental. We also found dead and alive palmetto bugs in the bathroom, pool room, and entry. downstairs. It would have been helpful to know before going that the garage is filled with beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas. We had asked the PM this through email before going and they said they didn't have beach chairs and umbrellas so we brought our own. This info would have saved us from packing unnecessary items. We let the property manager know of all these things on the first day. They weren't deal breakers for us, but a bit annoying. Overall, the good outweighed the bad because of the location and pool. We love AMI and have been coming here for over 15 years. We had one of our best family vacations and many memories were made!

Beautiful home!

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Our only complaint was the TV. Although there are TV’s in every room and even on the lanai, the only TV’s that worked was the living room and master bedroom. Connecting to the cable company was very difficult and required a call to the real estate company. We were unable to get the Florida Gator game on CBS Saturday. For some reason that station has been blocked. We had to go to the locate bar to watch the game.

The house is very nice but not the cleanest we’ve been in.

Beautiful home just not real clean and the kitchen was disorganized without many storage containers. Didn’t care for plastic on mattresses and pillows. The pillows also needed to be replaced. The pool was amazing!!! Red Tide brought in dead fish and Friday it smelled so bad out there we finally had to go inside. We enjoyed our time in spite of little distractions!!

Best house in Anna Maria

My daughter fell in love with this house online and it did not disappoint! The house is beautiful with many activities for our young adults (pool table, bags, ping pong and a nice swimming pool) and a great location. The house was very spacious and clean. I agree that a little TLC is needed but nothing that hampered our vacation. As owners of a rental property we know how things get damaged by renters and it’s hard to keep up if you can’t visit property after each rental. The only major complaint was the firmness of the second master king bed. This was our 4th visit to AMI and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

Lovely home, but needs some TLC. Table on upstairs back porch leaves black paint shavings on everything. Needs new BBQ grill never got over 200* Garbage disposal not working. They is some water leaking from under Refrigerator. Someone needs to do a walk through the house. Lots of fishing from pier and Mantee family leaving in canal. We thank you for sharing your home.

Had a great time.

Loved being able to kayak and paddle board, pool was great, Pine Street and beach were close. House was really awesome for us. Master bedroom was fantastic!

Family vaca covid style.

Beautiful home and property. Nicely appointed home. Wonderful well stocked kitchen for cooking meals as we didn't dine out as we usually do. The pool area was great to hang out in. Boat dock was a real plus as we had our boat with us. We had a few maintainance issues that were addressed promptly. Management company was very helpful. Rented golf carts to get to beach but it was a really short walk. We all agreed that we would stay again.
