It a very nice and quiet. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space. Everyone enjoyed staying there. If or when we go back to that area we would consider staying at the River House again..

Beautiful spot, excellent communication from host, well stocked kitchen with all the essentials plus more. The river was at a great level and our “littles” loved being able to play in the water.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Siloam springs isn’t too far away to go get groceries for your stay. It’s perfect for a family getaway. They’ve got the beginnings of a game room in the basement. All the bedrooms have a view of the river in the back of the property. Truly a getaway.

Great cabin for a fun fall break! My kids range in age from 17 to 11 and they all loved it. Fire pit and kayaks were a hit. House is dated but roomy and definitely was great for the weekend. We loved the river. Our dogs had a blast too (2 labs). We hiked at devils den one day, went to natural area another day, played on river everyday, and just enjoyed being together.

Great relaxing stay!

Robert is one of the best VRBO owners we have ever worked with. His communication was outstanding. The house is peaceful as it perfectly sits in the river. All the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need.

We were in for a family wedding and needed a space to spread out and get ready while also relaxing in the down time. This was perfectly located and so quiet and peaceful. Everything was great. There were a few items that needed addressed and I quickly messaged the host. Sounds like those items were recently damaged and are things that will take time to fix. My only complaint is the water. It does have a smell and didnt go away. We bought our own water to use for everything. This was fine for a short stay but if you are staying longer, You need to plan to buy lots of bottled water. Sitting in the sunroom watching the creek and all of the wildlife was so nice. We all loved the space.

Girls float & fun trip

The property was perfect. It had everything we could want or need. We loved the patio & fire pit, it was a perfect spot to have cocktails, stargaze and visit. The house was roomy and with so many different cozy spots to relax & visit, play games that when it rained we just moved the fun inside. We hope to make this an annual trip. Fall stay with friends

We booked this bnb for a getaway with friends. It was an absolute treat spending a lovely fall day here. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were great at communicating details. Would defiantly recommend to any friend looking for a quick getaway! 10/10 stay!

RIVER HOUSE

We really enjoyed the river view. The first evening the water pump gave out. Robert supplied adequate water for us and had the new pump installed by noon the next day! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The rest of our stay went without a hitch.The kitchen got a lot of use. Basic supplies got the job done for us. And the extra large baking pan for ribs worked so well I bought one for myself as soon as we got home. The family enjoyed the stay very much!

River house

Your home has everything you need for a Peaceful retreat on the river. The home, grounds and river were beautiful. We really enjoyed the Kayaks and a float down the lazy river and we wanted for nothing except a brush for the grill. So pretty minor when every other want was met. We will be back for sure.

Peaceful

The River House was just wonderful. We have a Marine Corp reunion every year for a group of 6 men that served together. One of our brothers was hurt in an accident and couldn’t make our normal location, so we brought the reunion to him. This River House was exactly as the listing shows. The home had everything you could need or want and was so very peaceful and cozy. The convenience of town was another plus. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back!

WOW! What an AMAZING river house!

BOOK THIS PLACE NOW! Five of us were visiting and booked Robert's river house and it was one of the nicest places we've stayed in a long time. Big home, plenty of space, gorgeous back patio, reading nook, fire pit, big kitchen, laundry available, and RIGHT on the river! SO BEAUTIFUL! Slept very well falling asleep to the faint sounds of nature and woke up to dew on the grass and a cup of coffee while looking at the river passing by. This is a MAGNIFICENT home to relax in and enjoy the area. 5 to 10 minutes from anything you'd need in town and secluded enough to have peace and quiet. Thank you so much!

Cozy, familial and loved home!

We absolutely LOVED this property and our stay! I asked my family to each send a few words that described the property and here's what I got: cozy, familial, loved, well-worn, grounding, homey, cute, welcoming, warm and comfy. While it may have been an older house, you can tell it has been well-taken care of over the years. This property is the EXACT kind of place I imagine and hope for when staying at a vacation rental (which can be hard to find these days).It was by far the absolute CLEANEST property I've stayed at. The kitchen has everything you need from pots and pans, to mixing bowls and plenty of dish-ware for larger groups. The owners were communicative, but also left us to enjoy our stay unless we had any questions or issues (which we didn't). I don't have much of a reason to visit Siloam Springs, but might return just for this property alone!
