Enjoy the Colorado mountain ambience of this well-decorated condominium in the Pine Ridge complex! This retreat is located slopeside near the 4 O'Clock Ski Run and on the first floor of Building 1. When you book this charming abode, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center! (subject to availability)
Check out the weather conditions in the morning with your view of the ski hill and your outdoor deck thermometer. Step out your back door and walk to dinner across the picturesque one-block stretch across the Riverwalk Park to the middle of downtown Breckenridge. The spacious living room is equipped with a TV, a DVD player, a stereo, and a CD player. The kitchen is well-equipped to satisfy everyone. The extra windows in this end condo bring in lots of natural light.
Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and a private ski locker.

The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. Subject to availability. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
