There is a wonderful quiet park directly across the street with pickle ball courts, basketball court, children's playground, dog area, and a track. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to take walks while soaking up Tampa's amazing weather. Everything is literally no more than a 15 minuet drive away; airport, downtown, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, SoHo, YBOR, malls, I 275 to take you to the world renown beaches of St Petersburg and Clearwater.

There are Ring Cameras at the front and back entrances to the house for both your security and ours.The video and recording features will be on during your entire stay. The back entrance camera covers the entire back yard and patio.

No smoking or vaping inside or on back patio

Parties are not allowed. Parties are defined as any gathering with people outside of the original reservation that involves drinking, food, games, etc. at any time during the day or night. These include, but are not limited to, birthday, graduation, anniversary, class reunion, or any themed party celebrations.

If you are visiting for one of the aforementioned, or plan to have more than 5 people over, please just communicate what your intentions are beforehand to get prior approval. After all we want you to have FUN.

-Do not unplug any of the appliances or electronic including the internet modem

-Cover any outdoor furniture that you may have uncovered

-No noise between the hours of 10:00pm – 9:00am

-lawn care service is on either Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. They have access to the gate into the back yard only.
