Único, ubicación tranquila en culdesac en el distrito histórico. Cerca de Main St. y muy conveniente para el transporte. Este será su hogar lejos de casa ... camine descalzo por los pisos con calefacción y disfrute del acogedor crujido de una chimenea de leña real.
Espacio para moverse en tres pisos con un baño completo en cada piso. Planta superior con Master (cama king) y segundo dormitorio (cama queen y sofá cama con nido). Ambos tienen vistas a la montaña / pendiente. El piso principal tiene alcoba con sofá cama Queen, sala de estar con chimenea y cocina / comedor totalmente equipada. El sótano cuenta con una espaciosa sala familiar con TV HD de pantalla grande, sofá cama doble, dormitorio con literas y baño de lujo.

Great ski weekend!

Great location, near Main Street and the City Market. Lots of sleeping spaces and bathrooms with showers. Fun games for the kiddos, too. Good WiFi connection!

Perfect Cozy Retreat

We had a wonderful time! The house was in the historic district and was close to literally everything. The checkin process was seamless, the hosts were communicative and informative, and did I mention the radiant heated floors??!! OMG!! Those were amazing! I can’t recommend this home enough.

Breck Family Christmas

Overall we had a great time . Love the house and its great location. Walking distance to Main Street. The only issue ewe had was parking due to neighboring construction. We would definitely recommend!

Ski get away with friends

7 friends from the south gathered together in this wonderful house for a fabulous ski vacation. This house has plenty places to sleep and offers many extras. Extras include humidifier, games, blackout curtains, fully stocked kitchen (with spices and some food so check before grocery shopping), nice supply of towels, and various bed cover choices of various thicknesses. The house location is super convenient to almost everything and John is a very good communicator and available if needed.

Great spot just of Main!

Loved this cozy home! It was perfect for a ski weekend. Only thing that keeps me from giving it 6 out of 5 stars is the security deposit return policy. The policy is return of our $1500 deposit within 2 weeks, though the owner was able to expedite that a bit. Nonetheless, there is no good and fair reason I can think of as to why this money needs to be held so long.

Wonderful and spacious home

Great location and is of high quality. Heated floors are a must if you've never experienced that. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, honestly tough to beat. Just two streets down from the free shuttle for Breckenridge ski resort. There was no list for the checkout process, which led to a misunderstanding of what needed to be cleaned. Just make sure you speak with John, he's very responsive.

The Best!

Have been to Breck many many times, over the past 18 years and this is the best place to stay in all of the city. Location is terrific, the owners are terrific, the place is updated with high quality items and the decor has classic clean lines, thank goodness no frou-frou. THe Men - father and two sons in their twenties loved the heated floors and the privacy of a house. THey loved cooking and eating-in more than going out. Will come back to this place, first choice hands down.

Perfect spot for a weekend visit to Breck!

We were visiting Breckenridge for a wedding, and this place was perfect for four couples to share. We all had individual spaces and comfortable beds, and with 3 full bathrooms, all the girls got ready in time! :) Location is amazing - for so many reasons b/c it's near a park and it feels quiet and secluded with great mountain views, a patio, bbq, and very nice neighbors. And, when you're ready to venture out for food, shopping, fun, biking, mountain hiking, etc....you literally can just walk 3 blocks out the door and you'll find it! We went to Euro Cafe and Columbine Cafe for breakfast, and took advantage of the extensive trail system offered in Summit County. House was clean and inviting, and we really enjoyed our stay. The updates were amazing - pictures really showed the true condition of the home! Thanks to the owners for a great time. Well worth the amount and we'll definitely plan to stay again on our next visit! Emily (age 33 - Denver, Colorado)

Perfect Spot & Lovely Snow

The stay was great. Lots of room to sleep. We didn’t spend much time at the house but when we were there we enjoyed the fireplace. The walk into town was easy & we even made it to/from the gondola with a little longer stroll but the weather was nice so we didn’t mind! Full disclosure: we had someone drive us to/from slopes so we didn’t have to bring gear or take public transport so I cannot speak to that.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Right off Main Street, so really easy to walk to dinner. I’ve been to Breckenridge many times and this was the best location I’ve stayed in yet! Would be really great for a big family since there are so many beds.

Great President’s Family Weekend Vacation

My wife and I and our three boys ages 10, 9 and 5 stayed the long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. It is located a couple blocks off Main and close to all the restaurants and an easy walk to the gondola. We would most definitely stay at the property again. Also, owner was very responsive.

The Best of Breck

Charming home only a few blocks from Main Street in Breckenridge. Bright, sunny interior with plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication from owners. A fantastic winter experience!

Perfect Downtown Breckenridge Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at John’s home in Breckenridge. He was very helpful and quick to respond. The house is walking distance to everything and there are 2 parking spaces! The house is very comfortable, and the beds are great.

Great house and host

The host is very helpful and friendly. The house is great, and very comfortable, with 2 parking spaces right in front of the house. The location is convenient to Main St and the buses. We walked or took a bus to everything we did. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We will definitely try to book this house first for our next trip.

Our family is so fortunate to live in Denver and have our home away from home in Breckenridge. We have three young skiiers that get better by the day and we are having the time of our lives watching them grow and learn. Skiing is our favorite family activity...we just can't get enough.
