El complejo de casas adosadas Sunset está en una ubicación absolutamente perfecta, a pocos pasos del Snowflake Lift y a 2. 5 cuadras de la histórica calle principal de Breckenridge. Estarás mirando a las 4 en punto y el Bosque Nacional está justo afuera de tu puerta trasera, por lo que es muy conveniente para caminar por senderos y subir las laderas de las montañas. También te encantará tener acceso estacional a la piscina y el jacuzzi de Upper Village, a pocos pasos de distancia. En general, este es un excelente lugar durante todo el año para que usted y su familia lo disfruten.

Esta hermosa casa adosada de 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños es la escapada perfecta para familias o grupos de hasta 10 personas. Cuando entras, de inmediato la decoración te dará una idea de una verdadera casa de montaña. En la sala de estar, disfrute de una buena taza de chocolate caliente junto a la chimenea de gas, o recuéstese en el acogedor sofá y vea una película en el gran televisor LCD. We loved this condo! Perfect for our family of 5. It was refreshing to stay at a VRBO with plenty of the necessitates that I feel have been lacking in the last few stays we have had. Kitchen was well stocked as well as paper goods. TONS of towels, which again, seems to be a trend in not having many of anymore at stays like this. 5 minute walk to downtown. I would say the pool is more of a drive than a walk but not far at all. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee. Cozy and welcoming inside. Would stay again!

Great location and Value

Condo is a great ski-in option at a reasonable price for Breckenridge. Has 5 beds seperated from the main living room, which was great for a group of 5 adults. The hot tub is a 4-5 minute walk outside to a shared area, which is tough if its cold outside but not too bad otherwise. The lift is about a 5 minute hike up the hill, or you can use the free shuttle to go there or a different lift.Weird thing though, they wouldn't give us the code to the back door? The back door that leads to the ski slope. They specifically said we shouldn't be using it, on a place that's specifically listed as ski-in/out.

Wonderful

Had a great stay in Breckenridge. There were 6 of us total and the size of the condo was perfect. It’s equipped with everything you need, and when I couldn’t find any kitchen sponges, they even offered to drop some off. I ended up walking to the office right downtown. Perfect location for ski in and it’s just a short walk to the snowflake lift and Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for our ski vacation

We really enjoyed our stay during our family ski vacation to Breckenridge. The location was great for our group to ski in and out as everyone was ready. The property management was very communicative and easy to work with.

Awesome location!

This is a great place to stay for a ski-in ski-out experience in Breckenridge. The condo is very nice, very clean, and well stocked. The location can't be beat for convenience. We skied right in the back door and walked to town for dinner. So convenient to have reserved parking in the lot, we never moved our car at all! Would definately return.

Great New Year Stay!

Clean, well-stocked place that fit our group of 7 (with 2 kids). Walking distance to town, backs up to the 4 O’Clock run (with a short uphill walk to the snowflake lift), shuttle service to peak 7/8. Of note, it’s about 5 minute walk to the pool/hot tub area which can get slippery. It was no issue but just wear traction! Perfect central place to stay in Breckenridge!

Friends turning 50 celebration!

Came to enjoy a getaway weekend and reconnect with old friends as we all turned 50. Everything was as hoped for! Excellent location and the rental was just as described. Would definitely recommend!

Great condo for ski vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this condo to be a great place to stay in Breckinridge. The location is good for skiing back to the back porch. We had three couples in our party and everyone loved the location. Convenient to walk into town for dinner. Ski equipment rentals less than a block away. Bus stop less than that. We had massive snow fall before and during our trip and it piled up on the back deck. The only complaint is with the management after the heavy snow. They only remove snow in the parking lot and to some degree the sidewalks. Someone had made off with the owners snow shovel, so we couldn’t do it ourselves. Minor inconvenience but this is a great little place.

Ski weekend

The condo was perfect for our group. The location was great, close to skiing and to town. It is literally ski in to the back deck and a 5-10 min walk to the lift. We had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfasts. We were comfortable in the sleeping arrangements also.

Cozy & Comfortable ❤️

Summit Property Management did a wonderful job communicating everything for our stay. The townhouse was obviously a place where many families have made some awesome memories in Breckenridge. Lots of fun and quirky mountain themed knick knacks made us feel right at home. The skiers zipping down the 4 O’clock run in the backyard was the cherry on top. Great little cozy spot fully equipped for a large or small group.

Plum Cottage is a Gem

If it was allowed we’d move in tomorrow. The house was so comfortable, decorated beautifully, stocked with everything needed, and the location couldn’t be beat. 10 minute walk to Snowflake lift, 5 minute walk home from bottom of 4 o’clock. Plus walkable to everything in town. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating during a booking mistake on my end. Because of that we will definitely be return customers to SMR.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great trip to Breck, the condo layout worked very well for our group (2 adults and 3 teenagers) and the location right on 4 O'Clock Run ski trail was perfect as well. The hosting company was a pleasure to communicate with and replied very quickly to a few questions we had.

It is perfectly ski-in. The configuration of bedrooms assured everyone had their own space. We will keep this on our list for future stays in Breckenridge!

An ideal stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Ski in at the end of the day and a short walk to the snowflake lift. Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of sleeping space and all separate from the living spaces. Any communication with management was also very easy when needed. Will definitely want to come back soon.
