Welcome to “Lands End Lake View Retreat” a beautiful, family-friendly waterfront condo at the 19mm! Very close to Dog Days Pool Bar and Restaurant!
3 bdrms & 3 full baths. 1700 sq ft! Sleeps 8!
Freshly renovated spacious unit with a full kitchen and everything you need for your stay!
Boat slip available for a fee
RULES:
*Primary renter must provide copy of ID & sign renter agreement prior to arrival*
*No smoking of any kind*
*No party/fraternity rentals*
*Minimum renter age 21*
*NO animals/pets of any kind*
*No booking fees will be refunded. Booking fees are about 3% of total cost*
OFF SEASON SPECIALS: (For reservations September 15 2025 - May 1 2026)
- Family Package: Book a stay of 4 days or longer with 4+ people and we will send you a $100 gift card to use at wobbly boots and a $100 gift card to use at Miner's Mike. This would essentially be equivalent of getting a day for free.
- Couples Getaway: Book a stay of 3 days or longer with 2 people and we will send you a $100 gift card for the lakeside 1932 Reserve restaurant and $100 spa gift card
At the complex, you have access to a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse with a new state-of-the-art workout room and pool table. There are 2 pools. One is located on the water with a great view and the other is a kid-wading pool with fountains and a lazy river. Both pools have restrooms, tables, and lounge chairs for convenience. There is also a basketball court and children's playground are also on the premises located next to the lazy river.
All of the beds are very comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen which includes a large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and more. The outdoor deck provides beautiful unobstructed panoramic views and includes outdoor furniture and dining areas, a grill, and a ceiling fan.
We have a very beautiful view of the main channel while still being protected in a nice cove.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole space. It is a private condo and no other guests will have access. You will be able to use a private washer and dryer, private patio, and all spaces in the condo. Shared pool, hot tub, and fitness center onsite. Docks are shared but we have a boat slip available for an extra cost
