Luxurious NEW 3Bed/3Bath w Pool & Players Club Access

Welcome to paradise! Located in a double gated community in Lely Resort. It features 3000 sq ft of luxury in a estate home in Lely Resort.. This southern exposure home has 3 bedroom/3 bath home and has been completely renovated from head to toe in 2022.

We welcome adults and children over 16 years of age. The house is limited to a total of 4 guests at one time.

Open concept living with great room, dining room, large kitchen and open family room.

The master bedroom features walk out to lanai with oversized pool and spa PLUS an incredible ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, tub, etc. Two more queen bedrooms are featured on the other side of the house. Cars may be parked on the left side of the driveway.

The pool is heated from 9-5pm, up to 85 degrees, included in your stay. There are times in season where 85 is not achievable in colder weather. The air conditioning is run on a set schedule to cool to 72-74 at night and increase to 76-78 during the day, which allows the air conditioning units to 'rest' at peak periods of the day.

Access to to the ever popular Players Club is included for 2 adults, 4 kids (16 and up) for up to 14 days. The Club includes pools, tiki bar, gym (after 1pm), 13 tennis courts (after 1pm), pickle ball (after 1pm), bocce ball, spa and restaurant.
Please note golf is not included but may be booked separately through Lely Golf & Country Club.
***CLUB ACCESS IS RESERVED FOR HOUSE GUESTS ONLY, there are no day passes for guests of renters.

Nothing has been overlooked. Quality linens and furnishings, bicycles, beach supplies, SMART TV with Roku access, high speed internet... all you need are your clothes and food.

Please note this house is ideal for 4 adults maximum and is not suitable for children under 16. Pool safety is your responsibility and all guests must sign a liability waiver. Please don't hesitate to reach out directly for more information. I can be reached by text at 289-242-5286.

The house was beautiful but there were issues with the pool and hot tub as well as the bikes. Hosts representatives responded but were ineffectual. We accidentally left clothes in the dryer and were told repeatedly they were sent to us but 5 weeks later we still have not received them.

Wonderful getaway

Catherine was a great host. She was very communicative every step of the way. The home was beautiful and very well stocked in ALL supplies away from home. The neighborhood was very quiet and access to the Players Club was a nice benefit considering everything in Naples was 30 mins away. Players Club has all the resort amenities while still renting a home. We frequented the beach twice - once in Naples and once in Marco Island - the home had plentiful beach supplies. Marco Island is actually closer than Naples beaches from this location. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, relaxing vacation, then you cannot go wrong with this place. If you are looking for something closer to action, then I would suggest another location.

An amazing property!

Wow! This property exceeded all our expectations. Catherine's communication was excellent and she responded to all our questions straight away! The property was so well equipped and we particularly enjoyed the outside TV. The surrounding area is fantastic, particularly if you enjoy golf. We loved the Players Club and Spa. The perfect house for the perfect vacation!

Beautiful Villa

This place is outstanding. Main bedroom & bathroom are simply amazing & it is obvious a lot of effort has been put into making everything of an exceptional standard. Would thoroughly recommend & the owner is extremely responsive & could not have been more helpful.

Awesome Week!!

Our recent week long stay was the perfectly located to the nearby Minta Pickleball tournament, Marco Island, old town Naples and beaches! This property had everything we needed and more! We felt like we were staying on a tropical island! The house was beautifully decorated, furnished with a welcoming bottle of wine, coffee, staples, bath toiletries, plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sun screen and directions for operating fans, tvs, spa, etc! Catherine did not miss a thing! Wish we could have stayed longer to utilize the bikes throughout the community! Absolutely the BEST home and accommodations that I have ever visited!! Thank you so much Catherine! We will be back!! ☺️

Absolutely stunning home!

We stayed at Catherine’s newest house in Lely over the holidays. Absolutely drop dead gorgeous. This house has been renovated to the studs in every room and the result is incredible. We’ve stayed in Catherine’s homes a few times and this one is the most luxurious by far. Her attention to design is exceptional. I’d give it 10* if I could! As a host there is no one better either. Catherine is attentive, answers questions almost immediately. Overall a top level executive stay. I can’t recommend it more!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time at Catherine’s home. She was very easy to work with, and accommodated our needs. The home is beautiful! We made use of the beach equipment and bicycles. The pool and lanai were very relaxing.
