Primary room- is en-suite with a jetted bathtub, shower and large walk-in closet. This master bedroom offers a modern tufted king-size bed with 10” memory foam mattress and two accent chairs.
Two other bedrooms - Conveniently located on the first floor, each have their own private bath vanity (Jack & Jill style). Both offers a 12' memory foam mattress for guests comfort, with accent chair.
Half of bath- conveniently located on second floor just off from the living room.
Kitchen- Newly modernized with mini bar area, set up with one complimentary bottle of wine for all guest to enjoy.
Dining room- Spacious, great for family dinner and board games.
Laundry room- Equipped with washer and dryer as well as complementary detergent and bleach for guests utilization.
Private home office/ work space- Double French doors. Equipped with an modernized gold and black ergonomic office chair. Located on first floor secluded for privacy.
Patio- Furnished with outdoor table and chairs with decorated lights around that would make you feel Paris in the backyard.
Outdoor ONLY security cameras for safety purposes.
