- POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: As our property is located in a vibrant and lively area, it is important to note that there may be potential for noise during your stay. While we have taken measures to ensure a comfortable environment, please be aware that occasional noise from nearby establishments or street activities may be present.
❖️ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
❖️ Upon check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. We do not replenish supplies during your stay, so please plan accordingly.
❖️ Please maintain cleanliness by utilizing the trash cans provided.
❖️ To prevent insects and mold, keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For optimal comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.

✘ Moving the furniture is not allowed. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty of $250.
