Escape to Florida for a relaxing getaway!

Discover our cozy Airbnb located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a quick drive from the freeway and close to the beautiful beaches and attractions of Daytona Beach. This home is also complete with an HOA Pool and fire pit!

Spacious, smoke-free home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. 30' driveway with garage access upon request. Enjoy your stay in this tranquil neighborhood!

We will not be interacting with our guests unless necessary, requests by guests, or for an emergency. We believe in guest privacy when we host.

Each booking will receive personal access code for the front door, no key needed!

Relax in the open and inviting living area, furnished with high quality furniture throughout, comfortable seating, oeko tex certified bedding, and two large flat-screen TVs. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, utensils, toaster, slow cooker, blender, and Keurig making meal preparation a breeze. A spacious dining area is also available for enjoying meals together.

Step outside and enjoy the serene atmosphere of the outdoor space. Gather around the cozy outdoor fireplace for evening chats and roasting marshmallows. The outdoor seating area is perfect for meals or enjoying your morning coffee or tea (provided).

As part of the HOA, guests have access to a refreshing swimming pool, where you can take a dip and or soak up the Florida sun.

Within the neighborhood there is a walking path, park, soccer field and HOA pool all accessible by foot or vehicle. Also great for scooters, bikes, skateboards, etc. there are grocery stores and restaurants within reasonable walking distance of the home as well.

Our Airbnb is conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short 10-minute drive from the beautiful Florida beaches, iconic Daytona Beach, International Airport and Speedway. Spend your days sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the sandy shores. Beach towels are provided for use.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 5 beds with 2 additional air mattresses (Twin and Queen) available for use, as well as an infant travel bed.

This property is equipped with actively recording security cameras at both patios, driveway, and entryway.

Nick was great. He communicated with me and accommodated my request to check in early. The house was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the games and toys for the kids. Plenty of space to spread out.

My stay here was pleasant during biketoberfest. Nick was kind enough to allow me to access the garage to park my bike. Conveniently close to the track and close to restaurants and supermarket. Though my group never arrived, I still enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended. Will rent again if available during my next trip.

Perfect spot for family or close friends.

It was a perfect spot to feel like you live there, but you are cloae enough to anything to live like a tourist after a short drive. Neighbors seemed polite and never came outside. 3 families; we all were happy with our stay.

This is a great house for anyone with children. The place is very kid friendly and is stocked with kid friendly items. The place was so clean and very nicely decorated!

Great place to stay, Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay at Nick's House, and would definitely stay again if we return to Port Orange/Daytona Beach. The place wasn't just clean, it was spotless, and very tastefully decorated. We were very comfortable, and Nick was very responsive when we had a question. He provided very clear instructions to get in. lots of space and a safe neighborhood.

Beautiful decor

Nice family home, close to a ton of stores, can walk to Walmart, McDonald’s. Very close to Daytona beach (10 min drive) we drove to NSB everyday as my dad lives there and we love NSB. (20 min drive) the amenities for the 20 month old were great! The pool is a walk, or drive down the road, is a nice large pool, but take your own lawn chair if you need one. Home has a large master , then upstairs a room with a tv and double Murphy bed, and a room with 2 double( maybe queen, not sure) no tv in that room. Living room large pull out couch. Large tv s well- A keiurig provided along with kcups! Was well supplied. Definitely a very nice home!

Beautiful Home, safe and easy location

I booked this property for my husband's birthday weekend so he could go fishing with his friends. Our group was 6 adults and three kids (ages 5, 8, 10) and two small dogs. There was plenty of space for all of us-we didn't feel crowded. The home itself was so clean and inviting, well decorated and kitchen totally equipped. The owners had really detailed "touches" that made us feel thought about and comfortable. The yard was nice and big with chairs to use. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and SO close to restaurants, beaches, stores. A few things about the house that as a guest are good to know: 1. The backyard is not fenced in-there are lovely bushes and trees to make it private, but if you have a dog with you please know they should be on leash to go out. Also, they need to be comfortable in a kennel during the day while they stay at the property. 2. The pool is located in the neighborhood, a short distance from the house. It is a very large, clean pool and easy to find and access. The kids any myself loved it. 3. If you are light or sound sensitive, the downstairs bedroom door, while with frosted windows on it, still lets a decent amount of light in, so if you need it really dark to sleep, snag an upstairs bedroom and give the bedroom off the living room to your less sensitive family member. All the bedrooms were very comfortable, spacious, plenty of space to hold bags. Owners were very communicative and helpful!
