4BR/2.5B***(Single Level Home) {1K, 1Q,2T, Bunk Q/T} Amenities: Central A/C, WiFi, Microwave, W/D, Dishwasher, hot tub, fireplace, electric grill, 2 decks, and a generator.

Lovely home with canal views and dockage in Oyster Bay I. Large great room with fireplace, dining area leads out to deck and stocked kitchen with granite. This home has an elevator, hot tub, fenced in back yard, outside shower and lots to enjoy. Owner suite has it's own full bathroom with steam shower and water view deck. Great vacation home is new for the 2023 season. Jacuzzi tub. Property protected by outdoor security deposit on all three doors, front door, back deck and under carport directed at the entrance door.

THIS HOME DOES NOT PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS. PLEAE BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Great location for peaceful stay

This home was great. While the listing states No Linens but offers rental of linens and towels, I opted for the rental of these items. I have never rented a home that didn't supply linens or towels or kitchen towels. One set of sheets was the wrong size (we had to make the beds) but the property manager promptly brought over the right size. The towel sets had much to be desired. .small and very thin so I ended up running to Walmart off island to buy better towels to use. There is no full size coffee make, only a single serve Kuerig so we borrowed one from our other families house. Overall, small inconveniences as the house was quite spacious and fit our needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We overall had a great time. The house met our needs perfectly. The entire family enjoyed themselves. A few things I would change in the kitchen would be to add better frying pans. I am not sure what material the pans were made of but they were impossible to cook with. They were too thin so made it impossible to control the right temperature for cooking. Also, I would add some large wooden spoons to cook with or a large metal spoon for cooking without holes.

Perfect Place to Relax

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Your home was so spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our time together as a family. Much appreciated elevator for taking up our stuff! Hot tub was so relaxing! Fully stocked kitchen helped us trim down our costs in making our own breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. We enjoyed Waterpark, miniature golf, Funland, Bike Depot, and the beaches! Famous Pizza, Pony Pop, and Pony Tales are some great places to try. Left getting Sandy Pony donuts and Acai bowls for the road trip home. Looking forward already for next year's vacation.

The location was beautiful and the house was very nice and spacious and I would give that a 5/5. The property was clean when we arrived,I would give that a 4/5. The property management did not provide any numbers when they are closed. Fire alarms were triggered during our stay and there was no information in our packet on who to contact. The fire department had to reach out to the alarm company to try to get in touch with the owners. There was also no additional amenities. There are no sheets, towels, paper product, enough cooking supplies or cleaning supplies. You are expected to clean the place before you leave and there is no vacuum. We had to purchase a lot of supplies. For the price, I would expect a few more amenities but the house was beautiful and met all our needs.

Poy Time ... Fun Time

Pony Time was just what we needed for our family. Basically, the lovely house was clean. The only negative things I would say is that we could not find a vaccuum to use and the refrigerator was smelly and a bit dirty. However, those negatives did not with our wonderful stay. I would consider staying at Pony Time again!

Fabulous Vacation and Relaxing Family Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was wonderful and had all high end appliances, fixtures and amenities. We loved the steam shower, hot tub, and elevator! Plenty of room for our family to play games, watch tv, and relax. We were also able to park our boat at the dock and the kids enjoyed crabbing. Only negative is...I was aware that there would be cameras at the entrances/exits, however, I did not like the camera that was specifically pointed at the hot tub- we felt like some creeper was watching us- not sure why this camera was included, but not disclosed. Also, the house desperately needs a vacuum cleaner. We felt bad that we couldn't vacuum before we left. Other than that, the stay was wonderful and the house was fantastic!

peaceful getaway

the house was beautiful, and the grounds were peaceful. The grill was filthy, and the shrubs were over growing the front stairs. Too much poison ivy in the foundation beds

Reviewer Comments: Very nice house and location on a water inlet.It just so happened we were the first renter's for the house on a last minute since the original house we were going to rent had issues that led to Harbour Rentals to find a place big enough for our crew. The house was not ready to rent it was dirty-we cleaned the floors, kitchen, washed all linens, and wipe everything down and the hot tub was filthy dirty.All in all we would consider renting this house again if we know that everything is prepared properly.
