his villa is a special artichetrual endeavor. Built in an octagonal shape embracing the mountain side, the principles of Feng Shui were embraced to design and build this villa. It boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms over two stories. The master suite is separated on the top floor with its own viewing deck. The heart of the villa are the spacious living areas and the covered outdoor kitchen.

Denise, the host, was amazing. She was prompt with the house instructions/code, available for questions, and when we ran out of propane for the outdoor stove, was quick to ensure we had a replacement tank installed. The house is slightly worn but the layout was great. One central living room with a smart TV so our family could relax in the evening after going to beach/activities in the area and the beds are comfortable. The view from the deck is amazing and we spent many hours just enjoying the view and the pool. The house is located up a road from Soufriere so don't expect to just walk into town. There are several local food places in town (ALORE was our favorite) and the whole area felt very safe.

Awesome location with great views, very private with a pool and lovely open setting. Denise and Instacomfort are really easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend this house and Denise.

Beautiful breeze and view

My family of 6 stayed a week in the beautiful home. The sunsets from this house were the best. Hearing the rain on the metal roof in the afternoon showers was peaceful and relaxing. Denise arranged a cook in the home for 2 nights which made the vacation even better! The location of this house was great. Close to town and a lot of the major activities as well as some beautiful beaches.

A view to die for!

We loved our stay at this amazing house! The location is near many beaches, activities, restaurants and shopping. You will need a car to get around and the roads can be rocky and winding. Plus they drive on the left so that may be a big adjustment for you. The house is comfortable and the veranda is a great place to relax after a busy day of activities. Just relax, grab a bite and a drink and enjoy the view! The manager, Denise, is very responsive and will help you with anything you require. You will not be disappointed!

Not clean. Someone broke in and robbed us

Stayed here with my family. Family of four, two kids (5 and 9). House itself was not very clean and there were several small broken things (no power in a room, broken doorknob). There were dead bugs and blood in the sheets. Did not have a chance to address this immediately with property manager as we got in late the first night. That night while we were asleep, someone broke into the house stole our cash, bluetooth speaker, our groceries from the outdoor kitchen, and went into the room my daughters were sleeping in and stole their amazon tablet. The next morning we called the police and asked for a refund of our second night, which denise provided promptly. I wish i had asked for a full refund at that time, however i was so concerned about getting my kids out of there at that point and had to adjust our whole schedule to find somewhere to stay for the second night that it was a big scramble. Overall Denise was very responsive and helpful and was the one brightspot of the experience.
