Beautiful fully renovated home on Magnolia Lake. Watch the swans and turtles from the deck overlooking the lake after a day at the beach or with coffee in the morning. Can't beat this location and the nicely finished interior. Queen beds two of the bedrooms and double/twin combination bunk beds in the other one. And of course Ocean Lakes award winning amenities all are part of the package. We love this place and we think you will too.

Property owner worked with our disjointed schedule and was great. Lake access and entertainment area on the lake was very relaxing and picturesque. It was great for fishing and watching all the waterfowl takeoff and land.

Great place would stay again just suggest to add tvs in all bedrooms needs an ice maker n dishwasher

Hey thanks! The salt content of the tap water causes problems with the ice maker so most people don't even connect them. I almost had an ice maker flood disaster previously so thats why its not connected. I'd love a dishwasher, but that kitchen is so small there's really no place to put one! lol. We will be seeing about tvs this winter. thanks for staying.

Great family vacation

Our kids are 5 & 3 and had so much fun. The beach, pool and the area were great. Everything to do and the right amount of nothing to do. Highly recommended if you have young children.

Location is wonderful and I would stay again. 3 decent sized bedrooms. Covered Porch is the best part. Was easy with my dogs. Grill on property. Enjoyed fishing off porch. Parking for 3 vehicles in one line. Walking distance to store and dog park.

Great house!

We loved this house! Spent a lot of time on the covered porch and riding the golf cart. Very clean house, great location to the dog park, sandy mart and meet and eat. Would highly recommend!

Ya, the porch was deep cleaned in June. This time of year, the spiders get out of control fast no matter what we do. And nothing seems to help with the little lake flies. I'm experimenting with some new spray to see if it helps.

Spring Break

The house had a great setup for our family which has two adults and two children, ages 12 and 10. We spent hours watching the wildlife on the lake. The golf cart was amazing. It allowed quick access to the whole campground (mini town) and it made daily visits to the ocean very easy.

Lovely place for a family vacation!

We enjoyed staying here for our summer family vacation! The patio/deck/porch is right on the Magnolia lake and was very nice to sit out and lounge, picnic or grill, etc. The home was very clean and the owner was very pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back to this home in Ocean Lakes again! :)

Perfect vacation!!

Property was exactly as described, clean, and in the perfect location! The lockbox for the key was difficult to find but made sense once we found it. Communication with owners was immediate, pleasant and resolute (ran out of propane-but new tanks were brought asap!). If we come back, we will only stay at this house—it was perfect!

Spring Break 2024

The house was a perfect spot to stay at in Ocean Lakes right on Magnolia Lake. The house was very clean and was on a quiet street. Caroline is a fantastic host. She got right back to me with any questions I had. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect porch

We were there for the week of July 4. That week is super busy and we love it. That’s why we come to Ocean Lakes on July 4 every year but it was nice to get back to the house and get away from all the business. You get to enjoy the quiet lake and watch fireworks from the porch.

Just the Rejuvenation We Needed!

The home was absolutely perfect! The covered deck on the lake was very relaxing at all times of the day - beautiful swans, ducks, turtles, jumping fish, and nearby lake sprinkler made the sounds of the air very soothing. The driveway parked two cars and two golf carts very comfortably. The inside of the home was clean, updated, and very comfortable! Communication with the owner was spot on! My family is already looking at dates for next summer to try and book this home again.

Beautiful Lake Views

The best part about this house is absolutely the lake views from the deck! During the day it’s so nice to see the sun sparkle on the water, and at night many houses have lights on their deck that reflect in the water. What we liked: Great location. Quick access by golf cart to the Sandy Mart, dog park and pool/rec center area. Mattress are comfortable and the room setups suited our family well. The deck offers lots of seating and the fire table helped control some of the evening bugs (unavoidable). Communication with the host was always quick and easy. What we wish we knew before we arrived: We planned to cook most of our meals, but I found the kitchen to be challenging. It’s very small with limited counter/ cabinet space. It was hard to find places to store our dry goods. I would have brought less up front and made a Walmart run mid week rather than trying to have everything on day 1 to help with the limited storage. The linens included 1 dish towel and 1 dish rag. I wished I had brought a few of my own to help with drying dishes and taking things out of the oven (no pot holders).There isn’t a dish washer, so the dishes and cookware are only as clean as the previous tenants left them. I had to wash several things before using them. Overall we enjoyed our stay. These are just things that may help out the next guest- not really deal breakers. Overall it was a nice stay.

We stayed for a week in March and loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable which helped in getting a good nights rest after being on the beach all day. The back deck overlooking the lake was our favorite spot. It was so relaxing to sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy all the wildlife. We were able to bring our dog with us, which we were so thankful for, and she enjoyed that as well. Would definitely like to come back again!
