Perfectly located and equipped for normal living. Within steps of restaurants if you want to go out. This was our second stay in the property and will be back. The unit makes the stay even more enjoyable.

It was a nice space with a great view from the outside patio. It was a great location in downtown Salida. It was mostly well stocked. The host was very easy to work with.

The Best Place in Salida

My wife and I stayed here for Fourth of July weekend. The location literally could not be better as it is in the heart of salida right by the river. You can walk to everything and have a great time. The space is clean and comfortable. Most of all, Connor the host was extremely accommodating to some difficult asks by my wife and I. 5 star place. 10 star location. 15 star host.

Perfect downtown location. Nicely furnished. Very comfortable bed. Just watch your shins on the bed frame’s edges. It was also nice to have two sinks in the bathroom for getting ready. Convenient to have a designated parking spot in the back, and entry was easy with the keypad. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is fantastic! The reserved parking spot is a huge bonus. Main living space was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Location is unbeatable! Host was great at communication. Will stay again.

Fabulous lodging!

This is a five-star condo that checked all the boxes. The chef’s kitchen, was amazingly well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. (The bed platform extends beyond the mattress, so watch your shins!) The WiFi and Roku TV worked well, and we loved relaxing in front of the fireplace. This is a beautifully curated space with detailed attention paid to linens, toiletries, art, books, and info on local attractions that we’ve never experienced in other VRBOs we’ve rented. We almost hated to leave the condo but the location was absolutely the best, right in the center of the historic district and minutes away from the trails alongside the river. We had a first-class experience in every way.

Stayed for my husband's 65th birthday. The place was closed to all the great restaurants and drinking establishments. We did also do some shopping at the many places downtown. Within walking distance to the Riverwalk also. Recommend the place for a great stay!

Enjoyed the Loft

The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive to our messages. The kitchen was fully equipped and the shower was great with a lot of hot water. Location was perfect as right in downtown Salida. Highly recommend this property.

One of the best we've been to!

We absolutely loved our stay in this loft. The place was perfectly located, easy to get to with assigned parking, exceptionally clean, and very well stocked. Check in was a breeze and check out was very simple. The owners obviously take immense pride in their place and it SHOWS. My family has stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this definitely ranks at the top. We are already making plans to come back to Salida and will certainly book this place again.

An excellent mini-getaway

My wife and I stayed at this property for a two-night mini-getaway to Salida. It is a very comfortable property without any quirks or irritations. It was also very well located--as a guitar player, there was an extra bonus in being located above Rocky Mountain Mercantile where local luthier Jeff Bamburg crafts his instruments.

Great location!

This was the perfect place for my family’s spring break trip to ski at Monarch! It’s 30 minutes from the mountain and steps away from restaurants and shops. The interior is beautiful and clean and accommodated our two kids (10 & 12), husband and myself. This place had everything we needed and we plan to stay again the next time we visit Salida.
