I am 85. The pathway to the door was gravel and very uneven. Inside the unit was beautiful, but the tile floor was very uneven. A trip hazard for me. I did not stay. I had to get a hotel for the duration.

Beach Trip

Property is centrally located to just about everything. Wonderful little cottage, wonderful yard attached. Very happy with our stay.

Recently widowed with 4 kids and this was PLENTY of space for this single mama and my babies. It was clean, smelled fresh, the backyard and patio area is chefs kiss- the location is close to parks, piers, restaurants and beaches. I highly recommend them oh and some sweet doggies that we already miss so so muchthankful and grateful.

Living the dream

Quaint, Quiet, Cozy. Location was awesome: close to the beach, shore drive, golf course, restaurants, stores and anything else you might need. Grill and patio area really hit the spot, bring bug spray. One drawback, if you're a shower person. The shower flow was low and slow. But that was not a deal breaker for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay. 9 out of 10

Fun Little Beach Cottage

This is a great little property for a couple or family of 4 like us. The guys that live in the main house are very friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The kids loved playing with their doggies too. The yard is beautiful and you can see some neat wildlife, including parakeets and lizards. The house itself is quaint but so affordable and the bed was surprisingly comfortable!

outdoor sanctuary

Very nice. Friendly host. Enjoyed our stay. perfect except no water pressure in shower. The outside sitting area was our main attraction for the rental and totally enjoyed it.

Great Property

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean. I loved the tile and decorations. Bed was comfortable and the outdoor patio is lovely. Only con is there was hardly any water pressure in the shower. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Nice property, good location for our needs

We were there on a little birding vacation. This property gave us good access to many local sites and was conveniently located to Ocean Dr and what it has to offer.

Great for dog lovers!

We had a delightful stay at Cottage by the Bay which was our first use of VERBO. When we saw a previous review that mentioned the owner had two dogs, that clinched the deal. The rental house shares a large patio/garden with the owner’s residence and the back door can be opened to share the space along with the very sweet dogs who can come out through their dog door. The friendly caretaker, Josh, lives next door and gave us great advice concerning the area. The cottage is in a great location with the bay and a park several blocks away. Enjoy!

Beautiful Home

This was a cozy space to stay. The bed is very comfortable and the space is very spacious. I would recommend this place if you travel as a therapist or nurse it is 10 minutes from Christus Shoreline hospital. The host is an effective and fast communicator throughout the vrbo app.

Cozy little apartment by the bay.

This is a cozy little apt near the bay but not so close to all the noise life that comes with the city. Its perfect for a few night stay and has everything you need.

Amazing location

The cottage is near Ocean drive, walking distance. It’s private and spacious. It has a few cooking utensils but enough to prepare a simple meal. I really disliked that it wasn’t clean: sink, kitchen sink and, mold in the air conditioning vent. Otherwise, this is a good place to stay in Corpus.

Perfect Location

Love the place and it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Will probably stay again next year. Within about 35 minutes of all the following places and is 2 blocks from the ocean. The Lexington North Beach Texas State Aquarium Port Aransas North Padre Island

Little jewel!

Exactly as advertised, it's neat as a pin, simple, clean, and comfy. Everything you need is handy. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure and shower head are terrific. (I'm pretty picky about those last 3 items.) I would definitely bring my family here again!
