The Space:

Luxurious beds with plenty of space to spread out with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 smart TV’s. WiFi access. Private back yard with large patio and gas grill. Our back yard backs up to a local ranch and is surrounded by trees. No neighbors behind this house, just next door. It is common to see deer grazing in the afternoon.



Plenty of towels, extra blankets and everything you need to enjoy your stay. We know you will enjoy the space.



Walking distance to many great local restaurants. Within a mile of 2 grocery stores. There is a park close to the house and trails that lead to a pet park.

Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.



This listing is for 6 guests. Two extra guests up to 8 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.



We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.



No pets allowed.

You can get to all the main attractions in Fayetteville with a 10 - 15 minute drive. Walk to many great local restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

- PETS - No pets allowed.



- No events, parties, or large gatherings.
