This amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2-story home has beautiful views of the Los Osos Estuary and Pacific Ocean, decks with views and so much more. The open floor plan upstairs is great for relaxing with fantastic views from all corners of the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to be comfortable during your stay. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. The upstairs deck is equipped with gas BBQ and views of course. All bedrooms are located downstairs. The spacious primary bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area, treadmill looking out at the view, private deck which gets lovely sunshine, extra large walk-in closet, and spacious en suite full bathroom with large jetted bathtub and walk-in shower. The other two guest bedrooms have one queen size bed, and one single bed. There is a full tub/shower combo bathroom downstairs for guests. The washer & dryer is located on the lower level just inside the house as you come in from the double car garage. You will be more than comfortable and happy vacationing in this well equipped Los Osos home.

This property is walking distance to the Elfin Forest and Baywood. Montana De Oro is also a quick drive from the property. Morro Bay is a short 7 minute drive away, 12 minutes to Cayucos or 15-20 minutes to San Luis Obispo.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to access the property. It will be a code to a lockbox with a key at the property. When you depart, please follow the check-out instructions provided.

Montana de Oro State Park is a local favorite with beaches, sand dunes, hikes, trails, horse camps and some amazing sights and views. Website: http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=592

Just down the street (½ block) from the property is an entry point to The Elfin Forrest. This is about 90 acres in size, and is located in Los Osos on the southeastern shore of Morro Bay. Website: https://www.elfin-forest.org/index.htm

The local surf shops in Morro Bay offer wetsuit rentals and sales and there are several kayak rental shops that also offer stand up paddleboard (SUP) lessons, bike rentals, boat rentals, beach gear and much more. There are also local whale watching and day and overnight fishing boat tours.
The nearest airport is in San Luis Obispo (SLO), a 30 min. drive by car. Some of the local attractions include California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. Hearst Castle, built by William Randolph Hearst is about a 40 min. drive north on Highway 1. There are numerous wineries in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo areas. The Big Sur coastline is about a two hour drive North. Don’t miss the elephant seals that populate the area in San Simeon along with all our other wildlife. There are great hiking trails north along Highway 1 or at Montana de Oro State Park in Los Osos.
