Great communication from host. Convenient location to airport and beach. Clean, comfortable beds. Extra amenities like towels and beach chairs were appreciated. Nice pool area and basketball court.

The host was responsive. The condo was clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect! There was a Walgreens directly across the street, and we were able to eat at a different restaurant every night due to so many being located in walking distance. The beach access was ideal as well. There condo and grounds are very secure, and security staff were helpful. The only downside of the security was that if one of us had the security fob, the other was unable to go to and from.

Great location and security was a top priority. Felt very safe. Condo was clean and neat. Easy checking and check out. Best part, 10 minutes to the airport so yo don't need to worry about traffic or rushing to get there.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway

We loved staying here! Fit a family of 4 adults comfortable and the space was perfect, from the easy parking, to the beach access, the balcony and amenities included, we would stay here over and over. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic location. Right on the beach and a quick 10 uber to Old San Juan. The AC worked great! I was also so nice that it came with towels, cooler, chairs etc. Frank was very responsive and helpful, his restaurant recommendation was amazing. We will be back!

First time in PR and it was amazing from the food to the place and people. Family friendly, good and quick communication with host when needed. I wish we had beach view but the city view was amazing as well. Couldn’t thank Frank enough for the beach amenities he had and were there for us to use. Could use a few updates but overall clean and amazing experience. A few steps from the beach and the pool was amazing. Restaurants, shops and a lot of things to do are literally down the road 0-10 min walk so it was so helpful specially for us who had little ones that don’t want to walk too much Hopefully we will go back soon and look forward to stay here again.

Nothing short of amazing

Nothing short of amazing. Frank is an amazing host. The property was clean, the area was peaceful during hours that merited. Everything was close. Frank the host was very attentive however, he gave us our space. I will definitely stay here again. I definitely recommend booking this place.

The place was in a great location, however the condo smelled musty and like a locker room. It hadn’t been aired out or checked before our arrival. After some cleaning and a few days it got better. The host Mr Malone was very responsive and willing to accompany us as needed

Great getaway

We had a great time! Frank was very responsive and the property was nice. We had the option of the pool or beach right at our doorstep. There were beach towels and chairs for us to use. The property has 24/7 security and felt safe. It was very easy to get an Uber to wherever we wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable after a long day on the beach!

Great location on Isla verde

Spacious two bedroom condo, on the beachfront, easy access for Uber drivers for pick up and drop off. Walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, casino, entertainment, and hotels. A small issue with small ants in a couple of the areas, other than that, it was great.

Great beachfront property

We had a great stay at this condo! It's right on the beach and a main tourist road. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops easily. There was gated access to the property from the road and from the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable, with some bottled water left for us, which was very thoughtful after our long travel day to get there!

we stood from 10/25 and left Early morning of 11/52025. The shower needs to be updated no pressure from shower head. Had alittle trouble with tv. asked host if we could get in apt earlier due to our early flight getting in and replied check-in was 3:00. otherwise our stay was good clean great view from balcony apt was clean. Other than the host not allowing us alittle earlier into apt and shower head water pressure problem our stay was good. On Nov 5 we left the apt by 8:00 am due to our early flight.

Fabulous Beachfront location

Perfect start to our Vacation. Property was clean, well stocked with linens/basic kitchen items/soap/etc.. and exactly as described/pictured. Comfortable for 4 adults and 1 teen for a couple of nights. Location was perfect - right on the beach plus close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. Pool was great - large and well maintained. Having reserved secure parking was also a huge plus. Area is a little loud and busy, even at night, but as the property/building is secure and the unit is on an upper floor, it works both if you want to join the fun in bars and restaurants or if you want to have a night in. We enjoyed watching the nightlife from the balcony. Frank, that host was great, providing clear instructions for access to the property and suggesting local restaurants.

Awesome Stay in Isla Verde!

We had a great time in Isla Verde. The Condo we stayed in was clean. It had a well equipped kitchen, additional beach towels, doorman, secured parking, everything needed for a comfortable vacation. The only suggestion would be to have at least a queen sz bed in one of the bedrooms. All the beds were double. For my husband and I a double bed was a little tight. We ran into some problem with the balcony door not sliding properly and the owner arranged immediately to take care of it!We certainly recommend this Condo and location!
