The King Suite is Located in a Historic Downtown building a few steps away from the downtown square with all the best bars, restaurants, coffeeshops and gyms. the space features huge 12ft vaulted ceilings and oversized windows overlooking downtown that allows natural light to flood the space, highlighting the original brick accent walls and hardwood floors. The brick wall continues into the bathroom where a grandé shower with duel heads and plush robes welcomes you. Enjoy a large skylight that is shared between the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen and end your evening in the bedroom with a cozy, luxurious king size bed covered in high quality linens. This apartment is smart! Easy access with August Smart lock, unlock the door with your phone.

Place all dirty towels, rags, robes, and wash clothes in the laundry hamper provided in the bathroom closet.
Please put any used dishes in dishwasher and start cycle.
Place all trash bags in trash can under the deck out the back door.
Please do not leave any items in the refrigerator, freezer or on shelves.
Upon departure, set the thermostat to 75 degrees.
