PET RULES:

We allow (2) pets! You must agree to $25/night per pet fee, added to the booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, and the housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -

Utah has a high desert climate. As such, house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uinta Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the property's cleanliness!!!
