The Large balcony provides incredible direct views of the Gulf for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Tower condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, free high speed WI-FI, wet bar with ice maker, Large flat screen 65 inch SMART TV in living room and a large flat screen 55 inch SMART TV in the master, and Large 50 inch screen Smart TV's in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The unit has its own laundry room which has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in both 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The unit sleeps 14 total with 12 in beds and 2 children on the sofa sleeper. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen comes with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. 'Our stay at the Patterson condo was wonderful! The room was beautiful, and the view was great. I am so glad we decided to go with the Patterson's condo, we didn't have any problems and Mr. and Mrs. Patterson were very nice. The condo was everything they said it would be and more. We have no complaints. The staff at Phoenix was helpful and check-in went smooth. There is plenty for you to do, the tennis court was nice and there is a indoor and outdoor pool as well as a kiddie pool that worked out well for us because we have two small children. Our family plans to visit Orange beach again next summer and we would love to stay in the Patterson Condo again.
This condo was clean and had fabulous views. We had a great time and hope to go back.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this lovely condo! It was perfect for our girl’s trip and had everything we needed. The place was super clean and updated amazingly well. The ice machine was a game changer for beach days. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well as the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again, no questions.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The views were incredible through the floor to ceiling windows and large balcony. It very easily accommodated our party. The amenities were fantastic! We used the indoor and outdoors pools, fitness center and of course beach access. The location can’t be beat! The owner, Kelly, quickly answered any question we had. Absolutely recommend and would love to return!
