Our huge rental home sleeps 4 guests and has all the essentials of home plus luxuries of a high-end hotel. Sunbathe at the beach, hike along the coastline, or unwind in the Jacuzzi tub. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this is the vacation rental for you!
The space
Charming and sunny Golden Gate Avenue unit in a duplex. This unit is the bottom, and consists of 2 floors, with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. My wife and I occupy the top duplex unit. Note that there is some light noise transfer between the 2 units.

Recently remodeled, a huge amount of space with over 1300 sqft, 2 or 3 X the space in a typical Bay Area . Sunny open space living room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator are located on the top floor. The living room flows into your very own private deck overlooking the yard where you can enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The private backyard deck overlooking the woods has your own BBQ grill. Large bedroom with king bed, desk and designer bathroom and located on the first floor as well. There is a high-end washer/dryer combo in the unit.

Beautiful mid-century stairs will take you to the very private bottom floor bedroom with king bed and newly updated private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.


Each bedroom also has its own desk and office chair. For business travelers, there is a printer in the unit and internet is up to 1Gig, with most internet speeds 400-500 Mbps on wireless. (This is fast.) The unit has 2 TVs with Amazon Prime and Netflix included. Street and driveway parking (driveway has tandem parking for 2 mid-size vehicles).

The area is safe and quaint, within walking distance to downtown Point Richmond, Miller Knox Regional Park, and the beach. Proximity to San Rafael bridge gives an opportunity to be in Marin County in 10 min. There is a ferry in Richmond that will take you to San Francisco in 30 min. Napa and Sonoma Valley are a 40 min drive, the University of Berkley is a 20 min drive.


We take cleaning seriously and use duvet covers for our blankets that we change between every guest!

*Airbnb will only charge for the first pet, if you have more than one pet there is additional fee per pet
*$50 Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your dog/cat will not be allowed on the property.
*Your dog/cat should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
*Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.
*Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
*You will be charged for any damage caused by your pet.
*Limit of 2 pets. An additional pet may be considered on a case-by-case basis with notice prior to booking.
