We had a great stay overall! The space was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location worked well for us, it’s close to great bars, restaurants, and walkable neighbourhoods, though travellers unfamiliar with Vancouver should know it borders a stretch that can feel a little rough.The thoughtful touches were much appreciated: a welcome bottle of wine, a book of local recommendations, and board games for downtime. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. We’d happily recommend this spot!

The house was amazing for a long weekend. Three good size bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. Communication with the owners was easy and they were incredibly helpful and responsive.The area around the house includes some unhoused folks, so just keep that in mind when coming home (especially at night) but there are lots of cafés, restaurants and breweries within a short walk.

Great house, sketchy neighborhood

The house suited exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was a bit shocking, so do your research before booking. The house was clean and spacious. Would recommend more pillows and towels but everything else was adequate.

Our trip

Our trip to Vancouver was amazing, the host was great very helpful with checking in & giving us all the information we needed for passwords, property was clean & the decor & set up inside the house was perfect. Would definitely stay here again or tell/refer a friend

Modern decor, decent and close proximity to the downtown attractions.

Property was decent for the price and access to the main downtown attractions. Host was accommodating and responsive. We were there with our old parents and teenager kids and everybody had their own space, privacy. Bathrooms were large, which was great. Overall a very nice experience.

Nice House, nice owner, but bad neighborhood!

Nice house with all the aminities! Owner very helpful and fast to answer questions. But the neighborhood is not great with lots of homeless people in streets nearby! Not fun to run in the morning or walk at night!

Cute Place

It is a very nice and updated place. I would suggest that address be placed in the back fence for easier access. Also be aware that you may go through a very undesirable area before reaching rental. Once there you will be happy with the unit itself.

Beautiful home and super communicative host

I stayed with a group of friends for a bachelorette trip of eating, shopping, and whale watching and we had a wonderful time at this house. The hosts are available for all questions and issues and we never ran into an issue with them. The house itself is such an awesome space, especially for a group of friends. It’s well stocked and there’s lots of parking. We had lots of room for sleeping and eating and quality time. It’s a quick drive to downtown, which made it easy for all of our planned outings. Keep in mind that the area around the house would not be considered walkable (especially for young women) due to a large transient/houseless population living in streets nearby. We never felt unsafe at the home, but had hoped to be able to walk around the neighborhood more and were unable to do that. Other than that, the size and stocked nature of the home, the communication from the hosts, and the ease of parking and check-in/out was amazing!

Clean and comfortable

Our family of six stayed here for three nights. The home interior is clean and comfortable. There is easy parking in the rear. We went to two concerts at Rogers Arena and it was very convenient to get there via Uber. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The only negative is the neighborhood. Lots of unhoused and folks suffering from addiction. We only went from the house directly into our vehicle/uber with our four teen daughters.
