Historic Main Street is just 0.6 miles away and Deer Valley Resort is 0.9 miles, with the free Park City Transit shuttle stopping on the route by the home. Transfer at the Old Town Transit Center for Canyons Village and Kimball Junction.

With five bedrooms and room for 17, the home is built for large families and groups.

The Space

Great Room (Main Level): A huge sectional, 65" Smart TV with Sonos soundbar and gas fireplace, opening to a deck with dining, a gas grill and views.

Kitchen and Dining (Main Level): An LG six-burner induction range, extra wall oven, wine fridge, farm sink, bar seating for five, a breakfast nook and a dining table for 10.

Game Room (Lower Level 2): A pool table, Pac-Man machine, game table, wet bar with Keurig and mini fridge, gas fireplace and full-size daybed, opening to the hot tub deck.

Den: A TV, DVD player and a monitor for work, up a few stairs from the mudroom.
