House was very nice and fit my family well. Location was close to stores, restaurants and a good beach access was about 2 miles from the house. Any issues were handled promptly by the owner. Definitely recommend this house for family vacations. My family enjoyed the record player and the game room.

We had an amazing stay at this beach rental! It was perfect for our family, with plenty of things for the kids to do and a great setup for our fur babies, too. The home had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together.When we discovered that the refrigerator had gone out, the host was quick to respond and immediately took care of the issue by getting us a new one. We really appreciated how attentive and helpful they were!If you’re looking for a family-friendly beach getaway where everyone—including your four-legged family members—can feel right at home, this is the place for you. We made wonderful memories here, and we highly recommend this rental. You don’t want to miss out on this gem!

We are a family of 9 with 4 children and this house suited us perfectly! The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. The game room was a great place for our kids to wind down each evening. The backyard with little pool was a fantastic place to hang out in the evenings. Michelle was a very hospitable host and was super fast to answer any questions we had. The location was great and we really appreciated the bikes, beach wagon, and all the beach accessories available. We loved all the little perks that Michelle has included like the record player, ice cream maker, ice machine, fans, and stair gates. If you are looking for a property that instantly makes you feel at home then this is the house for you. We will absolutely book again if we are in the area.

Great time

This was a great place and location. We had quick access to the store and the kitchen was stocked to cook at home. Master bedroom was spacious and relaxing.

Perfect home away from home

This house was perfect, we had 7 adults with plenty of space and comfortable relaxing areas. We ventured both ways on 98, from Panama City to Destin. Beaches, Shell Island, ate out and in, hit winery, saw sunsets, hung out by firepit, lots to do in the area

Amazing House with Amazing Location

Waves of Joy was spectacular! The location was so close to everything to do with several beach access points! The host was very responsive and kind! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay! Will absolutely recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit!

Great Time at a Great place!

Everything was as advertised. It was very comfortable and the kids loved the playroom. While the adults loved the fire pit. We had an awesome time. The added benefits of the beach chairs and beach toys came i handy.Thank you for a great place to stay.

Well stocked kitchen

Michelle answered all questions clearly and quickly. The kitchen was very well stocked. Pots and pans, knives, spices, gadgets, ect. Game room was great for the kids. Everything was clean. Great stay!

Great Vacation Spot

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here at this property! There was plenty of room and beds for my family and our friends. The house had everything you could want: plenty of games, outdoor seating and pool, and even beach supplies. The pictures are exactly what you get! It is minutes from Inlet Beach, grocery shopping, and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for us! We will definitely be back to this spot in the future!

Loved It!

It was perfect for our big family! Clean and nicely kept. And was super kid friendly! Felt Safe within the neighborhood. Has a great fenced in back yard, which helps alot with littles who like to run. Great size kitchen and dinning for the whole family to enjoy and jump in and help.

The perfect vacation home!

We stayed here with our family and everyone left with only good things to say. The house was clean and very comfy with plenty of room for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the toys and books that were there, and the record player was a special touch that was perfect for winding down after a long day on the beach. It was only a 4 min drive to a beach access and there were beach chairs and umbrellas with a beach wagon you could use as well. The host was great about communicating during our stay.

Absolutely perfect!!

This place had it all!! Family came to visit us who had a rental on the beach front but liked our house better due to all it had! We have a 8 month old and a 5 year old, it was a great house for both them and us with all the amenities!! Thank you so much for everything, super great and quick communication, if we ever come back to PCB we will definitely be looking this place back up!!

Owner is quick to communicate. We didn’t get our door code until after check in time and the property was still being cleaned. The property itself was great. We especially loved the a/c after a long day at the ball field. It had everything we needed for our stay even items for the beach. I’d use them again if we are back in PCB.

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay! I do apologize that the cleaners were still there when you arrived. The guests who left earlier in the day had clogged the toilet and it overflowed. Our cleaners were feverishly trying to get everything spotless for you guys. I’m really sorry that you were inconvenienced. Hope you will join us next time you are in town!
