Spacious; open floor plan in the main living level provides plenty of room for everyone to relax! Guests will love the large flat-screen television and the living room furniture. The kitchen's granite countertops; stainless steel appliances; and gas range make preparing meals a delight; and the nearby wet bar offers a great place for preparing evening cocktails. The patio offers a choice of places to savor a morning coffee and coastal vistas. The first level features one bedroom —the luxurious master bedroom with a queen murphy bed and a private bathroom with a shower; a tub; and a dual-sink vanity. The guestroom is conveniently located on the second level with a private entrance; accessed by an OUTDOOR staircase. It offers a queen bed and private bathroom. After a fun day at the beach, drop your beach gear and soak up some sun at one of the two Premier Sunflower Pools. Sunflower Beach Resort offers direct access to the pristine Gulf Coast Beaches. Bike and Golf Cart Rentals; Walking Distance to Palmilla Golf Course; Adult Only and Family Pools; Adult pool will be heated starting Nov 1st through March 1st, during this time children will be allowed in the adult pool until 5 pm Sunflower Library Stations; Community Lounge Areas and Much, Much, more! Fireplace is decorative only.
