Gulfgate 301 - Pet Friendly! 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath Beach & Gulf Front Condo on Surf Drive in Panama City Beach, FL. Enjoy with breathtaking ocean views from the private balcony in this end unit condo!

Come stay on the desirable East end of Panama City Beach, just off Thomas Drive, and close to St. Andrew's State Park! The condominiums at Gulfgate are among the most spacious and beach-accessible in Panama City Beach! Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps to the sand!

There is a king bed in the Gulf front primary bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. The two bathrooms are generous in size with custom tile showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook. Enjoy watching TV in the living area on the smart HDTV or take in the ocean view! Step out to the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom and enjoy the million dollar ocean view. It is the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico! FREE WIFI, Free Parking, linens and towels provided. Washer and dryer in the condo.

Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate have numerous amenities : FREE Internet/WiFi, FREE parking, private beach access, swimming pool and grilling area! Gulfgate is one of Panama City Beach's unique low rise condominiums with only five floors. Elevator is located in the center of the complex for easy access to each floor.

Gulfgate has dedicated Anchor Management staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation! The pet fee is $150 for small dogs under 35 lbs. and $200 for large dog over 35 lbs. At the time of booking, please list the weight and breed of your dog.

Enjoyed our stay!

Two families stayed at this condo together. The unit is spacious with ocean view, and it's pet friendly. Could use some more updating/ tlc, better utensils in the kitchen, but the beds were nice and comfortable. Owner and management office were very responsive. Thank you!

Pet Friendly Beach Front

We had a good stay. The unit (and complex) could use some updating and TLC, but it was comfortable, roomy, and reasonably priced. Gulf Gate is one of the few beach front complexes that allow big dogs (over 50 lbs) in PCB, and that's very much appreciated for us.

property needs several updates..baking pans rusty, toaster didnt work, old skillets, outlets in bedrooms dont work,hanging out, spark when used, ceiling fans need cleaning badly, area above hall shower ceiling torn and blackened ? mold, no tv in bedrooms 2 and 3 good comfy beds, plenty of towels, 2 very cold refrig, beautiful views

Outdated room

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room is years overdue for renovations, the furniture is very old, and dirty. The refrigerator works but the first thing we noticed is rust on the door, doors do not fit and are hard to open. There was a hole in the wall in the living room, and the whole place needs paint to cover wear and tear from years of guest. The property itself was good, I prefer Thomas Drive end of PCB and this building only has 5 floors so the beach was not packed and parking was not a problem. Overall I would not recommend unit 301, the owners should have put money into this unit a couple years ago, my family was not as comfortable as we should have been for as much as we paid, I forgot to mention only one bedroom has a TV, not a big deal but again as cheap as TVs are that would just add another layer of comfort for these owner guest, but it seems they only care about how much they can profit and not the satisfaction of their guests comfort. 👎
