Property Highlights:

Pool: 4/11/24 The pool will be closed for the next 3-4 weeks for a leak repair. There is a slight chance the repairs will be completed earlier but weather could play a factor in any delays. Although the pool is closed, the pool deck and hot tub will remain open as long as owners/guests observe the pool closed signs.

Location: The Indies 302 is ideally situated, right across the street from Tacky Jacks and Fort Morgan Marina. For those seeking adventure, The Fort at Fort Morgan and the Dauphin Island Ferry are just a couple of ways for the family to experience history while on vacation. Golf enthusiasts will find excellent courses within a short drive away. And if fishing is your passion, there are numerous spots just a stone's throw from The Indies.

Parking Passes: You can purchase each parking passes by contacting the management office. A maximum of two parking passes is allowed.

Linens: All necessary linens are provided; however, please remember to bring your beach towels.

Starter Set: Your reservation includes a "starter set" of essentials like hand soap, toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels.

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.

Photo ID: Photo ID is required upon check-in for security purposes.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed within the property.

No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
