Espectaculares amaneceres y puestas de sol! ¡Hermosas playas! Alojamiento maravilloso!

Es fácil dejar sus problemas atrás cuando se hospeda en el condominio de nuestra familia. Ubicado cerca del extremo oeste de la península de Fort Morgan. Disfrute de los amaneceres y puestas de sol desde el balcón. Mira los barcos entrando y saliendo de Mobile Bay. Da largos paseos por nuestras playas con poca gente. Disfrute nadando en nuestra piscina de agua salada interior / exterior. Relájese en el jacuzzi interior. El condominio ubicado en una comunidad cerrada seguramente complacerá a todos.
Este condominio decorado con buen gusto duerme 8 cómodamente. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y el tercer dormitorio tiene un conjunto de camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD. Hay 2 baños completos y un medio baño, todos con encimeras de granito nuevas.
La cocina totalmente equipada tiene electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Una mesa de comedor de tamaño completo tiene capacidad para 8 personas y hay asientos adicionales para 4 en los taburetes de la barra de la cocina.
Hay 2 sofás de tamaño completo y una cómoda silla en el estudio que ofrece cómodos asientos para todos. La unidad cuenta con WiFi de alta velocidad y llamadas locales y continentales de larga distancia gratuitas.
Los colores tranquilos y relajantes del condominio solo realzan la belleza que ves una vez que sales en uno de los dos balcones. En lo alto de una duna en la puerta de Fort Morgan, encontrará que nuestro extremo de la playa está tranquilo y aislado. Más de una milla de playa virgen y despoblada te espera.
Campos de golf, Outlet Shopping, Ferry a la isla Dauphin, Gulf Shores Zoo, Charter Boats, Ft Morgan, (cañones y museo), Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Bon Secour, (Observación de Aves), Mobile street, (avistamiento de caimanes), Parques cercanos de atracciones , y la playa a tan solo 200 metros a pie. ¡Todo lo que usted esperaría y necesitaría para sus vacaciones costeras! Highly recommend this condo/owner

The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortabe. The balconies both had beautiful views. Communicaton with owner easy and they answered any questions I had prior to arriving. We will definitely be coming back to stay. I can't recommend this condo and owner enough.

Fort Morgan Condo

The area is beautiful and quiet. It is about 20 minutes from a lot of restaurants and shopping but the beaches are nice and not crowded. We had an issue with the door lock but Ashley and Charlotte were easy to reach and the issue was taken care of almost immediately.

Dunes Ft. Morgan

We have been spending February in Ft. Morgan for about 6 years. We have stayed at either The Indies or the Dunes. This is the nicest unit we’ve stayed at either building. We have decided to return in 2025. We would highly recommend.

Great vaca for a family

Fort Morgan is off the beaten path. You don’t have to worry about crowds. Just go to the beach or pool and relax. The Fort itself is pretty neat. Took the ferry across to Daulphin island. There isn’t much to do besides the aquarium. The condo itself is perfect. Owner was great. Pool was clean. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and they had all of the utensils we needed. Don’t forget your seasonings. Food on the island is expensive. If you are looking to relax this is the perfect condo and location to do it.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Nice, clean condo with great communication. I was a little confused when we arrived as to where and how I was to get to room. (I was way over complicating the process). I called the property owner and she explained what I needed to do. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, towels were plenty, kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you would need from a vegetable peeler to a pizza cutter, crock pots and a griddle. View was spectacular, noise was low and condo security guy became our buddy - he even hooked us up with boogie boards that someone had left. Notable things: Definitely bring groceries on your way in. Traveling back to the strip in GS takes about 30 min with brain bending traffic and there are almost no restaurants in Fort Morgan. Pool closes at 8pm. Bring toilet paper March 2023 they just started outside renovation so cranes and construction workers are taking up half the parking lot and start making LOTS of noise at about 8am - but this is not the fault of anyone - it's a necessary evil, just notable and will obviously soon be renovated. Safe, clean, walking distance to beach and FUN! Would stay again.

Relaxing Family Getaway by the Gulf

Wish we could have stayed here an entire week! Everything went smoothly, never had to contact the owner for anything. The beach and pool are each only a few minutes from the comfortable and well-appointed condo. Views were fantastic and we loved relaxing on the balconies, especially in the evenings. We went into town once and realized we were very happy to be in a quieter section of the Gulf Shores area. We even walked down the beach to the end of the peninsula one day and were the only foot prints around....so cool. Well it was actually a very long walk in the heat but an interesting experience exploring the shoreline. This is a great place for relaxing and spending quality time with family or friends. Highly recommend!

A beautiful place in an amazing location

This place was great! Very spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful views. This condo is in a very secluded location, so it’s no too crowded. It feels like a neighborhood instead of a complex. Everyone was very friendly. We had an issue with the refrigerator and Charlotte was very quick to respond, and was very helpful and kind. We would love to come back to this space… highly recommended.

Peaceful ,beautiful and fun.

Condo was lovely with great views. Easy beach access and the ferry to Dauphin Island. Loved being in a quiet, peaceful spot with miles of sand beaches. Host was outstanding with immediate responses to all our questions. Loved every minute!

Nice getaway

I was happy with the condo! I think it looked great and was comfortable for my husband, myself and kids. Little walk to the beach, but wasn’t bad (5-10 minutes). It is far from most restaurants (30 minutes) and I didn’t realize that. But it wasn’t a huge deal. I would stay again!

Great faraway getaway!

The property and room were great, a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool needed some work and was cleaned up mid-week. The location is a 15-20 minute drive from just about everything. Which is good if the idea is to "get away".

The Dunes stay

Our stay at the Dunes was good. It was quite a drive back to Gulf Shores for food and shopping. There is Nothing in Fort Morgan. Only a couple places to eat . It is Akways windy . The condo was nice but could use better house cleaning.

Birthday Reunion

Perfect place to celebrate birthday and have a reunion with former teacher friends. Owner is gracious and easy to communicate with. Lovely condo as described. Two balconies with great views. All amenities one would need. Fort Morgan is a special place to stay and we look forward to returning next year.

Spacious w/ Fabulous Views

Spacious condo w/ perfect size rooms at a great price! Two balconies with water views all around was awesome! Instructions from the owner were perfect and we didn’t have any issues with gate or door codes. The condo was clean, however the kitchen and refrigerator and the tile floors in the condo could use a deep cleaning soon, but overall the bathrooms and linens were super clean. One issue we had was with a bathtub faucet, but the owner was super prompt in sending someone over to look at it the next day. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book here in the future!

Family/Girls Trip

We stayed in Fort Morgan from March 21-28 with 5 adults and 2 children (3 and 5). The unit was comfortable for this amount of people. The best part of the unit was the view. The pics do not do it justice. Although it’s not right on the beach, the unit is on the 5th floor and there is a great panoramic view of the ocean. The only obstructions to the view are beautiful, beach front homes. The building is a short walk to the beach and has an unremarkable pool and very small workout room (bike, treadmill, elliptical and cable system). The building has a very residential feel. The unit seems to have been updated recently (nice appliances, newer furniture) but could use a deep cleaning (built up dirt in the corners of the floor, dirty ceiling fans, dirty area rug, etc.) and the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. It is rusted and oversized for the space. The other annoying thing about the unit is it only includes free parking for one car, which is not clear in the listing or in the pre arrival instructions. We had to pay $40 to park a second car on the lot that wasn’t even half full. Overall, the unit was probably a bit overpriced but we booked relatively last minute and didn’t have a lot of choices. I would recommend the area if you don’t want to stay in the craziness of Gulf Shores.

Charlotte's father bought Dunes 500 in May 2011 both as a rental investment and for his 3 children and their families to enjoy. After his death in 2016 Charlotte kept the condo as a way to preserve her parent's wish to have a "place" where the family could enjoy family times and make wonderful memories. We hope that our "place" will provide other families with an opportunity to enjoy time together and make their own memories.

Fort Morgan offers so much that we enjoy - a laid back get away from it all location, great fishing, uncrowded beaches which offer the opportunity to take long walks, gorgeous sunset rises and sunsets, and at certain times unbelievable moon rises. It is truly nature at its best.

We are not a rental company. This is our family's condo and you are dealing directly with our family. We only charge rent (which includes 1 parking pass), cleaning fees and state and local taxes.. VRBO charges a separate fee for you to book through them.
We make special efforts to accommodate the needs of our guests. When possible we offer early check in or late check out. We have been self managing Dunes #500 since 2012 and have premier status with VRBO.
