Get ready for great sleeps! The beds are dressed in Italian Frette brand sheets and duvets, renowned as the best in the world. The primary bedroom is large with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a view of a water fountain and garden. The third bedroom is the "bunk room" and sleeps six with its two queen beds and two single upper bunks.

While the beach is minutes away, you can spend days right on the property as it offers unmatched leisure activities, complete with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, snorkel sets, and tennis and pickleball gear—all complimentary for your use.

Things to know:
1. The outdoor space included in this rental listing is approximately 1 acre and includes the front yard, back fenced yard, pool, and tennis court. The owners have a cottage located on an additional half acre at the rear of the estate, which does not appear in any photos in this listing. This second dwelling is private and not included in the rental. The owners or Property Manager will be staying in the cottage/casita during your stay and therefore will be on the property as property managers/maintenance. Your space and the owner's space are both very private and separated by ample tree coverage.
2. This home has two full bathrooms, both are centrally located; there is not an ensuite in the primary bedroom. Many guests find this advantageous when equitably sharing space. (A primary bath is under construction and will be ready in 2025, making three full bathrooms in the home when complete.)
3. The pool is not heated.
4. A Koi and Goldfish Pond is located in the front yard. Fish food is labeled in the foyer and we ask that you feed the fish once per day in the morning. Also, while most of the property's hundreds of trees and tropical flora are watered by automatic irrigation or do not need watering (such as succulents and orchids, as they do not like watering), there are a few potted flowers that may need watering (these are labeled), and we ask our guest to do this. Live like a Neapolitan!
