Outstanding location. Host is available 100%. House clean with top end appliances and the set up is awesome. Upstairs suite very cool. Dock to water for fishing or kayak. Walkable to restaurants. Quietest part of Isle.

Nice place

The house was cute and clean. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. And it was quiet, so that was nice! Communication with the homeowner was good. We saw dolphins one morning off the dock, so that was cool! Fresh flowers in the kitchen and master bedroom were so pretty, and a nice touch. I did have a couple of things though that weren’t really as it appeared in the listing. It says “onsite parking options include a garage”. There is a garage, but you can’t park in it, because it’s full of stuff. The very first picture is of the pool, which is nice, but you can see two chaise lounge chairs in the picture, but there are no chaise lounge chairs. We had to go buy cushioned mats to lay out on. But, overall it was a very nice place to stay!

Fantastic Vacation

Fantasy Home with everything we needed. Owner was terrific and responsive. Fishing off the dock was wonderful. Pool was terrific. Highly recommended.

We rented this home around the corner from our condo due to having a big group in town for a wedding. The location was perfect and the owner was very responsive.

Quick trip great stay

This property was awesome! Updated and very clean. Had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. We loved the location you can even reach the house by water. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Great updated house in a great spot!

Kevin's house was perfect for our family of four. It was our first time visiting Marco Island and we were really happy to stay on the Isles of Capri rather than on Marco itself. Kevin's house is spotless and wonderfully updated. He is a great host and is happy to give excellent recommendations for first time visitors. We hope to be back soon!

Isles of Capri paradise

This is a fantastic home and neighborhood. The neighborhood is peaceful and doesn’t have any thru traffic because it is on a cul de sac. There are 4 nice restaurants and a marina right in the neighborhood. We rented a boat from Capri Marina rentals and boated to Keywaydin three times during the month we stayed there. You can cross the bridge and be in Marco Island within 10 minutes. The home is spacious and has a relaxing living room on the main floor and upstairs too. We especially enjoyed lounging in the upstairs living space enjoying the twilight fade into night with a beautiful view of the trees and bay. There was an Osprey nest habitat near the water with a mom and chicks. The best place, however, is the wonderful pool and pool area. So relaxing to float around, swim and soak in the rays! The pool has good sun exposure. We walked our dog out to the end of the dock every morning and evening and even tried some fishing.

Great Place to Relax!

This property has been beautifully remodeled and is extremely pleasant and relaxing. The house is off the beaten path, which helps during the busy season, but is close by boat to all the major beaches. We had a dolphin right at the end of the dock on our first night. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks to Kevin for always responding to questions and going above and beyond in his responses.

Beautiful home & area

This home was very nice with beautiful bathroom and kitchen recent upgrades I believe and a nice location for boating to Gulf. However, just tricky learning the depths near the islands. If you’re boating, there are some quick changes between channel to islands. Kids loved seeing the burger and ice cream boat on island. (Keewaydin Island Beach)

Nice Place- good location

The house was very clean and well stocked. Kevin was very helpful and communicative. Restaurants and marina were within walking distance and the neighborhood was very quiet! My two teen boys enjoyed time fishing off the dock and we were able to get to the beach with a quick uber ride!

Amazing Trip

We have stayed in many rentals throughout the state and this by far was one of our best experiences. The location was amazing, The remodel of the home is beautiful, and the host was very accommodating. We took our boat with us and used the private dock to tie up. This made it very convenient to visit the local beaches and sand bars. The home is located in a very clean and quiet neighborhood that overlooks the water. It is far enough away from town to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere but close enough to stores and restaurants to make it easy to visit them. We will definitely be a returning guest and highly recommend this rental.

Excellent Location

Very clean, beautiful home and private pool. Great backyard leading to the dock. Was picked up by a fishing charter at the backyard dock. Nearby islands and sandbars are a lot of fun and very close. Great water and sand.

Relaxing getaway

We had a great stay! The owner was quick to respond to all questions and very accommodating. The house was beautifully renovated with everything you could need and in a great location. I sat out on the dock every morning to drink my coffee and watched dolphins swim by. This was just what we needed.

Perfection and Relaxing!

We have stayed at numerous places on the SW coast of Florida as we boat/fish and love the area for weekend trips and week long stays. This property was recently renovated with guests in mind and very clean. Super spacious and comfy! The owner was very communicative to ensure all was well and we had no issues. This location is PERFECT especially if you boat/fish. Just a 20 minute boat ride to the south end of Marco Island and not too much longer to the 10,000 islands. Super quiet location and friendly neighbors as well, quick vehicle ride to nearby stores/shopping/restaurants. We certainly will be back as this property tops our list!!

Outstanding stay at Kevin's beautiful home!

We loved our stay here and wish it was longer. The house was absolutely spotless and very recently renovated. We fell in love with the rain shower! The home is right on the water and we took advantage of that by bringing our boat. Be mindful of the large tide changes if you want to tie your boat up overnight though ;) The location is insane because it is so close to so many great boating destinations. The house provides very rare boat trailer parking right next to it! House lots are so tight on these islands so this was a real blessing! Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. However, the best part of this property is definitely Kevin! He was amazing to deal with and definitely the most communicative host we've ever had. He answered all of my annoying questions and provided so much help before and during our trip! He absolutely made this stay perfect! Thank you Kevin!!

Exceeded Expectations

This property is newly renovated with all new appliances, extremely clean, and in a quiet location. Our family really enjoyed the privacy of the property and private pool. The house is tastefully decorated, unlike many other vacation rental properties. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, dishware, and utensils for your cooking needs; grocery stores (Winn Dixie and Publix) are located within a short 10-15 minute drive to Marco Island, along with many other restaurant options. The owner was friendly and responsive.

Wonderful vacation in Paradise!!!

Communication with the host was excellent from the time I began looking at the property! Response were immediate and the host was friendly and very accommodating with my requests. When we arrived at the property, check in was easy! The home is recently renovated and in immaculate condition! Everything was wonderful, right down to the nugget ice maker. Beaches are close and the restaurants in the area are phenomenal! We drove into Marco for the beaches and to eat a couple of times during the week. We also drove in to Naples. Both are quick drives from the property. Publix and Uber Eats were also delivered to the property. Communication with the host continued throughout our vacation with immediate responses to any questions or concerns I had. Our family definitely had a wonderful vacation at this property! The flowers outside give off island vibes! The neighbors are also very friendly! Book this place!! Hope to be back next year!!!

Summer Vacay

The house was beautiful and well equipped for our family of 8 which included 2 toddlers. Everything was up to date and functioning as it should be. The house was very clean. The location was perfect, little cove opens up to the bay, many islands within minutes by boat. Great local restaurants. The oversized lot makes it great for parking vehicle with boat trailer. The communication with the owner made everything a breeze, we couldn't have been more pleased! We will definitely be back!

We are from the Midwest. When we are in the area we enjoy exploring many sandbars to swim at and fish. Going to Parks on Marco. Watching dolphins and manatees off dock. The local restaurants, walking while taking in the views. We really appreciate when guests really enjoy their stay and want to come back.
