Clean Space!

My little group (3 guests) stayed here for a day trip to San Jose. Place was clean and great for the one night we stayed. The host, Jose, was incredibly helpful with providing instructions on how to pull in and out of the parking lot. Much appreciated!

Great Stay Overall!

Great stay overall, property is within walking distance to a 711 which was convenient. The only complaint I have is the shower head had very low water pressure and was slightly broken. Was still able to shower, just could not wash my hair.

Great room, easy freeway access near Downtown S.J.

Stayed here for a little over a week during training for a new position. The location is about 20 feet from Highway 280 which made it easy to commute to work only 7 minutes away. It also made it easy to get to nearby amenities like Safeway and Target. The unit was cozy with a large TV, multiple couches, and a large bed. Microwave and coffee maker were included in addition to the stove and oven. The host even allowed me to extend my stay easily when my itinerary changed. 10/10 would recommend.

Convenient

Close to freeways made access easy but a bit noisy. The bed was a bit too high for my elderly mother to climb in, but was very comfortable. Great owners.

Just what you need.

We had a great stay here. It has just the things you’ll need. However the surfaces need to be cleaned much better the microwave was pretty dirty. And there was no broom for us to sweep. We wanted to tidy up and couldn’t there’s no supplies. However the stay is great and I recommend.

birthday weekend

my boyfriend and i stayed the weekend for my birthday and we had the best time. very nice place , looks just like the pictures but bigger in person. right next to the freeway so everything we wanted to do was close by. 10/10 !

Convenient location for weekend getaway

Yes, close to Highway but that was super convenient for us as we had plans that took us to surrounding areas. Quiet. Larger space than expected which was nice- definitely feels more like a vacation than being in a 150sqft hotel room.

Dirty - Rude / Uncaring Host - Stay Away

So the good, it was priced reasonable if below was not the case, otherwise a rip off. * poor communication day of check-in. Hadn’t received any communication like you normally get for check-in. Contacted host by phone and explained that we had not received anything and check-in was in 30 minutes. He immediately became argumentative and started to blame me and saying no one has ever had a problem before. I told him I am not here to argue with you I just want the directions. He said he would send them and hung up and sure enough they showed up. * Now the property- it is a very old building next to a heavily travelled freeway and super busy road so a lot of road noise. * The cleanness of the apartment was probably a 5 out of 10. My wife and I ended up having to mop and vacuum the floors to feel comfortable walking without shoes. It took going over the floors twice to not have a black mop head from all the dirt and grime. * Refrigerator was super dirty with caked on stuff on the shelves and other parts. It was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. I took some photos and sent to the host so he was aware in case he used a cleaning company. I simply wanted to inform him and didn’t ask for a credit or anything else. Again just he immediately became argumentative and first denied even seeing the problem I described in the photos. Then when I pointed them out subsequently, he simply replied “there is Lysol and paper towels”. I decided to have no further interaction.

Great Apartment!

This is a great apartment, very clean and cozy. All cooking supplies are available. The space is large. Jose is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend his apartment.
