DESCRIPTION

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, which features a marble bar, a table for six, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that showcase the incredible beach views. These walls can be opened, connecting both the dining area and adjacent living room to the outdoor living space. The deck is furnished with comfortable seating, a custom fireplace, and overhead heat lamps, creating the perfect outdoor space to enjoy the beach with all the comforts of home.



The adjacent living room features ample seating, a large flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace, and controls for the home's audio system and automated blinds. The home offers four luxurious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. On the ground level is the first guest bedroom, with a queen bed that opens to the front patio, overlooking the ocean. The main level has 2 more guest rooms: one is furnished with a flat screen TV & built in storage. The other has large glass sliders that provide access to the backyard. The master bedroom sits alone on the upper level, with king bed, private sitting area with flat screen TV, and private access to the upper deck with ocean views.

Other Things to Note:

- Please note that this home does have A/C for the 3rd and 2nd floor rooms. However, the 1st floor does not have A/C.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

- In order to finalize the booking process, guests must schedule a phone call with the house manager to discuss the proposed use of the home.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. Please note that these steps are required for all guests and these items must be completed in full prior to check-in.

- Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
