Ubicada en una casa desde el acantilado, esta casa ultramoderna y recientemente renovada es el sueño de un artista. Tome una copa de vino junto a la piscina, en la azotea, o vea la puesta de sol desde el patio delantero. También se incluye un piano para entretenimiento musical. A poca distancia de los muchos puntos de acceso en el pueblo de Del Mar para comer, comprar o pasar el rato en la playa. Un montón de cosas que hacer en Del Mar! Las noches son especialmente hermosas y serenas, nunca te perderás una puesta de sol desde ninguna parte de la casa ... luego, duerme con los sonidos del océano. Excelentes vistas desde la mayoría de las habitaciones de la casa. A solo 20 minutos en taxi del aeropuerto, Seaport Villiage o The Gaslamp District, en el corazón del centro de San Diego.

Modern beach dream

My family came for an unexpected week and we were lucky enough this property was available. The owners were very communicative and made the entire stay enjoyable. From check-in to check-out and everything in between. The house is beautiful. Perfectly located. Well appointed. Close to everything you could need for a summer recoup. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home exactly as advertised. Quiet area by the cliff. Views from the entire home of the Pacific Ocean. Updated smart home and everything worked. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool and spa very clean. Check in was easy. Highly recommend this property.

Location!

We enjoyed all this home had to offer! The spectacular pool and views of the water were fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped and we grilled on the bbq. Definitely will stay here again!

Amazing beach home

Amazing!! Wonderful home. Everything you can imagine. We felt so at home. The views were wonderful and the inside was immaculate and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are awesome! Made alot of memories for my mothers in laws 70th birthday. We had a great time!!!

Lovely home

Beautiful home with all the amenities and a wonderful ocean view. We enjoyed the pool and spa out back as well as the soaking tub and steam shower in the master bathroom. Our host Nick was very responsive and enjoyable to work with. We recommend this property.

The views from the house are spectacular. The house has everything you need to keep all ages entertained and be comfortable and enjoy a relaxing week in beautiful Del Mar. Nick is a great host and very responsive to any questions or needs.

Cool architectural home with beautiful views

This house looks as good at the pictures- maybe better It has multiple outdoor spaces at front, back and rooftop, a gorgeous pool and spa and every comfort has been considered. The Master has its own balcony with views of the ocean a wet-bar with fridge and a fireplace, steam shower and more. The other bedrooms and bathroom are generously sized and very comfortable. The owner is easy to reach for any questions we had . In this area you can walk to great restaurants, stores and, of course, the beach. This was our second stay there and we will be back!

Outstanding property in Del Mar

The house is beautifully decorated and the views are spectacular. There are there great areas for spending time outdoors - rooftop deck, pool and dining area and area off living room with great views and fire pit. The owner could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Amazing House

We had a fantastic stay. perfect location. The outdoor spaces were abundant and the roof deck can't be beat. The owner, Nick, was a super host and provided many thoughtful amenities throughout the house. If we had a question or issue, Nick responded within minutes.

Cool house. A+ location, excellent experience with manager/owner

Very cool property - super modern. Lounging couch in living room was a hit with my entire family. Also, lots of great chilling areas in the front, back and roof. Location is perfect with easy access to highway and a short drive to La Jolla. The manager was great. We accidentally left a couple of items which he generously offered to mail to us after the trip. Strongly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. the pool patio, upper deck (with amazing ocean views) and the front yard patio with great fire pit were fantastic! When I arrived there were a few things that needed to be addressed: backyard patio was in need of care and fire pit at front patio was broken and unusable. Once I contacted Nick, the owner, he addressed all immediately. Which was greatly appreciated. Only thing I would have hoped for was better access to the beach. Three surfers in our group needed to drive about 10 minutes. It was possible to get to the beach by walking but not conducive to little kids and train tracks etc. I'd recommend the house evidenced by the fact that my family that resides in La Jolla and SD area were ALWAYS coming over for the afternoons and evenings. Nick and Amber were attentive to our needs and couldn't ask for more than that~

Super Del Mar Rental

Going to the horse races? This is your rental in cozy Del Mar. Easy access to beach, restaurants and race track. Great beds, showers and kitchen. Nice indoor/outdoor living. Slept with the ocean breeze. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Fun in the sun

The house was fun and elegant. We had a great time with the pool and the walks along the bluff made it even more special. The house was clean and well appointed.. A great home for hanging out and dinner party for the family.

Amazing property

My family and I stayed in this home for two weeks on a recent vacation to California. We were excited to see the home and completely overwhelmed by all it had to offer. The pictures don't do it justice. The views of the ocean are unbelievable. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The home is so comfortable and has every amenity you could ask for. The heated pool and see through jacuzzi look like something out of a magazine. I don't want to list everything here and spoil the surprises, but let me just say that you won't be disappointed. Nick is so accommodating. We asked him about beach chairs and they were delivered the next morning. He was very quick to respond if we needed something, but never intruded on our stay. It truly felt like our home. Thanks Nick!

Think Santorini!

This house was a dream, inside and out. Think Santorini villa and colors, with expansive ocean views everywhere (the ocean bluff is just one house away). Gleaming white and pastel colors, open and spacious floor plan, all modern amenities and materials. The pool was gorgeous, with an adjacent Jacuzzi, all gave the water the appearance of an infinity pool with blue changing colors at night. They added nice touches, such as a decorative rack filled with pool towels and lotions, many poolside seating options, and a great bar area. Elsewhere, there was another patio at the front of the house, and an open terrace overlooking the ocean on the very top of the house. Big bedrooms with adjacent modern bathrooms, beautiful living room with seating you could sink into, a "basement" with ping-pong table, and it was all spotless! You can walk to Del Mar Village one mile away to access atmospheric ocean-side and ocean-view restaurants and cafes. Nick kindly let us stay there with our two well-behaved dogs, and could be reached easily and quickly for any questions and information - thank you! We loved our weekend getaway!
