This three-bedroom, two-bath cabin is designed as the perfect escape for families or groups looking to unwind in the mountains. A noteworthy bonus: there are no stairs to navigate, providing ease of access throughout the home. The property features a circular driveway, covered parking for two vehicles, and ample space for trailers, making it conveniently accommodating.

Despite the tranquil woodland setting, this cabin is located just five miles from Midtown, where you'll find a plethora of shops, eateries, and entertainment options to explore. Gather your crew and come experience this mountain getaway-you won't want to leave!

Please note, you will be texted, What'sApp'd (for international numbers only) or emailed a rental agreement to be signed and submitted. Your arrival guide will be sent to you via the same way you recieved the rental agreement. Ruidoso is a mountain town, regardless of location roads can be dangerous, we strongly reccomend tire chains or 4 wd when visiting in the winter.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment. Full details can be found on our website.Please note Cancellation policies for Christmas and New Years (Inclusive Dec 20-Jan 5) differ significantly, they will be clearly explained in your rental agreement. UCLC's signed rental agreement will take precedence over any 3rd party booking site policy.
