Been going to Naples for over 15 years and this was the worst booking. Add said newer home and pictures seemed like but not a reality. The house is not set up as a full time VBRO, counter had crumbs, spider webs in the main bedroom, microwave dirty. appliances were 25 years old and rusted some kitchen platers and cutting boards were very used . 2 bikes were for kids, beach chairs were not for adults and all rusted. bbq grill was at least 15 years old, rusted, but managed to use it. I think the owners decided to move back north and wanted some quick income. The house looked a couple of years old on the outside and inside, pool was clean and probably the most updated item on the property. could not get TV to work owner blamed cable company, the hot water tank could only allow one person at a time to shower and the other had to wait, complained several times and plumber came out and said tank has never been serviced and needed repairs, owner declined that day while we took clod showers and decided a day later to hire someone else.This was scheduled for thursday and we declined because we did not want to be without water all-day. we left a day early and asked for an adjustment but the booking agent stopped answering text messages. Next time I'll make sure to read more of the reviews.I usually dont post any comments but I feel others should know and I'll probably get a bad review from them but I do not feel I received was the add was and what I paid for.
